Exceptionally helpful friendly employees. Their HUGELY positive attitudes make this place a pleasure to frequent (I know it sounds odd to call a trash collection place a pleasurable destination, but these people make it so). I know the first name of one of them -- David -- so Ill give him a shout-out for his great attitude and customer service.

Quick easy competitive pricing compared to other local dumps

Not sure why some of these simpletons cant seem to understand about why the landfill has reduced hours. This started in March of 2020 due to COVID. As someone who works TWO jobs and works 50+ hours a week, I somehow manage to find the time to visit the landfill early in the morning during the week, on Saturdays and even Sundays. If you have any questions, ASK an employee instead of whining on Google reviews. They are there to help. They have always been professional and helpful to me.

The Google information on this business is incorrect. It says 4:15 closing time but they close the gates at 4:00. They have turned me away at the gates twice now. Today, there was a truck in front of me at 4:01 and he was let in and I was turned around. BS

To close a county run waste facility in a rural area on the weekend makes absolutely no sense.

Waste of time, money and resources, to have a county own facility, and then not have it open when the county residents have the time to use it. A complete waste of my tax dollars at work.

Hours are horrible. If they were own after people get off work or on weekends, maybe there would be less trash dumped on the side of the road.

The hours of operation arent for real working people. I arrive at the facility 2 minutes to 4pm to be turned away. That was horrible service to turn someone away and tell them they close at 4pm when in fact the hours posted are 4:15pm.

Terrible hours since they changed and definitely not convenient like they used to be. Certainly doesnt help the working people with their schedule. Think they have to keep in mind that theyre a landfill not the Taj Mahal! 👎

This site is fake news. The transfer station is open on Saturday.

Very unprofessional.They cant even get there hours correct.There is three different closing times.Dont know why they list there phone number they wont pick up and mail box is full.Culpeper county needs to do something about this.stop using are tax dollars for illegals and use are money in places where it matters.

The people working there are extremely not helpful and have a very low IQ. Too many people standing around doing nothing on my tax dollars. Taking a pickup with trailer is a nightmare, I had to back my trailer down 3 times and make 2 U turns to do transfer, oil and metal. Its a rat maze.

Why are they not open on the weekends anymore? I thought they used to do Saturday till noon or so?
