Eagle post has been a reliable place for me to get items printed and to ship! I’m always impressed with the quick turnaround and the positive experience that I have. It’s clear that they care for their customers and they care for the customer experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

They were extremely helpful and understanding and polite despite trying circumstances during my business encounter with them. Can’t say enough about how well they treated me and their efficiency and professionalism.

My husband went into the location to make some copies. When he got there he saw they made business cards and at the moment we needed some more made. We decided to use them to see how they did. We had 500 business cards made. We went to pick them up and they are paper thin. Not even business card material. We will not be using Eagle Postal Express again. Would not recommend for business advertising.

Dont bother. I just moved to town. My sister graduated with the owner. No matter. They do not actually offer the advertised services. Just start with UPS across town. THEY are outstanding.

I recently ordered two items from an estate sale that were transferred to Eagle Postal Express for shipment. I contacted them to provide a credit card number for shipping and as we talked, I explained that I was from NC and that I would be coming through VA next week to pick up some additional items from another estate sale. After hearing this, they proceeded to tell me that they would hold my two large items in order for me to save the shipping costs! What excellent customer service! A company that is willing to look at a situation and propose a solution that makes sense for the customer. In day and time when everyone is looking out for number one, I cant say thank you enough to Eagle Postal Express for truly being customer focused. I would recommend them to anyone!!

How are you going to strongly refuse and turn somebody off and claim that you can not help them just because they are not “American” ?!If that’s the case we suppose :A tourist trying to ship something...A foreign student trying to ship something...A H1 visa holder trying to ship something...A political refugee trying to ship something...I can go all day and you telling me that all the above are not good enough for your service just because they don’t hold or carry “an American passport or American ID”.We suppose you yourself were in Europe, Africa,South America, Russia...how would you feel if someone at a FedEx store over there refuse to serve you because you are carrying an American passport or American ID?! I would love to hear your answer to that!Not cool and it feels discriminating.And again before you go saying that... I can take a picture of my “government issued ID” which is the new regulation because it does match my address here in culpeper and everything yet you still gave me the look and turned me away when fedex ANYWHERE accepted it. So there was no other excuse other than that. Plus an apology for the misunderstanding would sound better than blaming FedEx for your action because their regulation is set forth right...”government issued ID” matching the address. And I provided that.
