Just got my deer processed at Hillside. Reasonably priced and they processed the meat exactly the way I wanted it. I had 3lbs of summer sausage made and wish I had more bc its the best Ive eaten. The jerky meat was sliced to perfection. Ive only left 1 other google review before but I felt compelled to make this one.

Hillside processed a deer for us this season. They did a great job. The facility is extremely clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. Well be using them from now on.
