I have cancelled my membership. Corporate Website does not work to update account. I tried to add a car to my monthly membership. Could not access account on website. Staff could also not accomplish this on site. While waiting on staff to do this, multiple other customers complained. One was charged for a wash with a membership because staff on site did not know how to update payment information. Second customer had gasket on brand new vehicle come off during wash and hanging down side of car. Monthly membership is not worth all of the hassle. I will be looking for another car wash company with better service and more locations.

This place must be a car wash for cars that are already clean. I got the $14.00 one, which is the Single Wash Car and Wheels one. When I paid they asked me if I needed a towel, I wasnt sure what I was supposed to do with it but I thought I could dry my windows off with it or something, so I politely accepted the towel. When I got through the car wash I figured out that the towel must be for me to ACTUALLY CLEAN MY OWN CAR WITH. It looked just as bad, if not worse, than it did before I took my car through there. Im posting pictures too, so you can see for yourself.

Car Wash USA I feel is a little overpriced 4 the quality of wash you receive! They used to have two employees as you enter the wash scrub the windshield, the front hood and the rear hatchback but now it seems they only have one person and theyre sort busy you almost have to take your car through twice to get it clean and for $21 you think it would have been sparkling the first time. I think right now its just a hard time to find quality employees that do quality work so I dont blame Car Wash USA entirely. Still worth a visit as long as your car is not overly dirty.

Best Car wash in town. I get my car washed at the very least every other day. The only place I go. The FASTpass is the only way to go. Three ladies and gentlemen that work at both locations are kind and always look busy. The owners are very lucky to have such great employees that busy it everyday like some of the folks do. Today was my first experience with this car wash. The workers explained the process well. Unfortunately, halfway through there was no more washing function and when I came out my vehicle was covered with soap. I went back around to the beginning and they said the process had quit. They said a breaker tripped and it happens all the time. Maybe it is time to troubleshoot this recurring problem and correct it. The workers got it going again and sent my vehicle back through again along with about six other cars. I was very pleased with the results. I will return again and if the issues get corrected I will be happy to give 5 Stars.

I had to go to 3 vacuum stations to find one that works. Front of car was dirty after wash. Brushes and employee did poor job. They want to charge $14 for a wash owner has to raise the level of quality.

Do not use this place under any circumstances! I have a car Ive had less than a 2 months and Im going to have to have my hood and bumper painted at a cost of $600to fix it!

Signed up for monthly unlimited washes. Excellent value! Placed bar code on windshield and it worked perfectly.

Cheaper and more efficient to wash yourself at a regular ole car wash. Vacuums have no suction. Overall a no thank you.

Great place would give more stars but the floor mat cleaner hasnt worked for over a year, fix it or get a pressure washer so people can clean their mats.

Got my nasty truck clean. Prices went up but worth every dollar.

Very expensive. They do have a 6.00 wash, rinse and dry. In Trussville the high priced car wash was 12.00 for the works and their vacuum system had a crevice tool. This car wash does not have a crevice tool so you cant really get the car clean inside. I was disappointed after paying 21.00.

Holy moly! This place really got my car clean! Most the places I go dont get my tires good and clean! No problem with that here!

The car wash was fine but the vacuums werent working.

Overpriced. I paid for the 14$ wash. My car was still really nasty when it was finished. Free vacuum! Yeah. It should be, since hardly any of them work and it took me 4 spots to find one that would actually vacuum. Then it took about 45 minutes because the suction was not strong enough. Would recommend you go somewhere else!

Honestly this location is a pain to get in and out of. And no matter what package I buy, the expensive or cheap wash. My car always comes out looking partially washed. But buying the reasonable wash then having access to the vaccum unlimited is worth it. I suppose

Paid 14 dollars for wash and tire dressing....tires didnt get dressedEmployee said I had to get back in line and go through again....this was the second employee...first one didnt know what services were offered at 14 dollars.Will not be back.

Great place to spruce up your vehicle. Reasonably priced, plus you get free vacuum and mat cleaner. The only area I recommend improving is the rim cleaning. Suggestion is letting the attendants use a long-handled brush on them, just like they do the windshield and rear window.

Spent $14 and my 350z tires were not shined. I ask a guy named Dalton to shine them like they have always done before.But this guy was something else. First, he said we dont do that, then he said that he didnt know where to find the stuff to shine my tires. After he finally finds the stuff, he stands by my car and sprays it all over the rims and tires. He then tells me that he is not going to wipe and shine the tires and for ME to get down there and shine my own tires,.....what????? He said he had to call his manager, go and call him I said..... never saw him again and I was too tired to argue with some stupid little boy that didnt have a clue to whats going on.That really wants me to go back to this car wash.

Nice place to get your car washed. Prices seem a little high but are on par with other car wash facilities. Its never messed up my vehicle and Ive never had any issues.ive been here a thousand times and great service every time.

The $18 wash could have been better & vacuums were clogged, so not alot of suction.

Been having my car washed here a long time. Most of the time it does a good job. Never had any damage to my car. The guys are always friendly and helpful. Some are much better with the brush and the “elbow grease” than others. LOLI have a small SUV and almost always have to bring it around to have the soap rinsed off the back which then leaves water spots. They adjusted the rinse spray and fixed that a few years back but right now it’s a soapy back window for me!🤪

I have been here a few times. Pretty good wash but does not get all bugs off the front of my truck or all off the windshield. The truck is mostly clean but not the same as hand washing. The free vacuum is nice.

The worst car wash in my life I bought a brand new Mercedes-Benz I took my car over there I have a big scratches in the trunk I called them for five months no one answer my call no one care I want to the office they said they can help me with nothing I have to do a lawsuit on them if you have a new card and not take it there you will have a lot of scratches

Too bad you cant enter a negative number! Husband went through with my 2007 VW beetle and lost the rear drivers side tail light lens! Questioned the boy that was there and he replied there was nothing they could do about it. Tried calling several times to talk with the manager or someone in charge but no answer...not that I expected any satisfaction! Had to order one online for a cost of $75.00! Too bad we didnt read the reviews before using this dump! WARNING! DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE!

For a quick and easy car clean you cant beat zippys. Its not as quality as doing it yourself or by hand but is good for a quick cleaning.I find the tire cleaning isnt worth it as it doesnt really clean your tires well.They have vacuums you can use for free after your purchase.

I take my car there they do a great job

Fair to middle quality car scrub, most all features work but solvent doesnt cut the road tar or those 45 mph bug splatters. Larger vacuums with good suction & floor matt cleaner just after your vehicle is scrubbed.

I purchased a $20.00 Managers Special wash on my brand new Genesis Coupe. I did not need to use the vacuum the car and left after the wash. I noticed that there were water spots all over the car when I got to my sons house. I returned to Zippys 15 minutes later and was told that since I had left, there was nothing that they could or would do. I just spent $20 to have my car looking worse than when I got there. No one seemed to care. I usually dont leave negative reviews, but there was no phone number to call and no one there seemed inclined to listen. Avoid this car wash! they just lost out on a repeat customer. Never again Zippys! Poor customer service!

Zippys Car Wash on the corner of Hwy 157 and Hwy 31 is a place NOT to bring your vehicle. I paid for the $10.00 package and still had dirt and mud on my tires and wheels, after letting the employees know they were inconsiderate and told me there is nothing that could be done! Said I bought the wrong package. WOW! How is there no number to call with complaints or concerns? This is bad business. If you are going to hire kids that doesnt know how to take care of your customers, at least have an adult that can be contacted.

Been trying to call. The car wash took a piece off of my vehicle and can not get ahold of anyone to see if they have it and have called for over an hour!

Employees are nice enough. Car gets partly cleaned. Vacuums are limited and the one I had was clogged with trash so didn’t do the job. Also was driving a different vehicle than I normally do and didn’t think about the antenna, so as the employee didn’t take it off (and I didn’t realize), it’s basically wrecked.

Do not go to Zippy in Cullman! Poor business! Got the 6 dollar wash. Most honest car washes, scrub your windshield and bumper and side mirrors before entering the wash. Not them, they said you have to buy the 10 dollar to get that and the 14 dollar to get sides. It does say on the sign as ypu come in. Does do a good job at washing! Poor business!

Went thru the carwash and it ripped off my back wiper. A sign said to report any damages immediately. When I went inside to report it, like the sign says to do, he said to me me, (very rudely I might add) I guess thats why they put these out there. I asked what sign he was talking about because I only saw the one that said to report the damage. He said he was talking about the ones that read Not Responsible for Damages.

Wheels were still dirty. Car still dirty. HORRIBLE service. Went straight back and they said Nothing we can do. I simply ask to run back thru and was told no thats as good as its going to look and just threw his hands up in the air. Not a single person in line...could have easily ran the car back thru. Headed to the self serve wash to clean my car.

The guy scrubbing down the vehicles took a hunk of paint off when he over shot my windshield and banged the wooden handle against my car. Not happy.

Fast and there is always some one there to help you go through the process.
