Located near The Strip, this is an excellent venue for food and drink. Portion size is ample. Chips always come out fresh and hot. Highly recommend this restaurant. There are multiple restaurants in this old freight warehouse, but if you are a fan of Mexican food, you owe it to yourself to dine with the Don.

The roadside assistance guy that came out & changed the tire on the 85 Cabover in 100+ temps without even one complaint about the heat or anything else was super nice. He gave my friend & I me some cold water & had the tire changed so fast it was unbelievable. Another place took 3 times longer just a couple weeks prior. Thank you James for the service & waters.

Had a nail in a tire causing a slow leak. Called to see if I needed a appointment was told by the very courteous receptionist, bring it on in. Took in, was greeted by Dale who professionally took down all my information. The tire was repaired and I was out in about an hour. Highly recommend if you have any tire needs, head straight to Mcgriff Tire Pros.

Wow! The service is PHENOMENAL, but the most AMAZING thing about this place is the customer service!!! We were headed to a doctors appointment at UAB and our tire had blown out! From the time we called...the service over the phone, from the time we pulled up, went in the place, EVERYONE was Awesome! McGriff tire pros were our Angels today! God Bless each and everyone of you!!! I would recommend this place over & over again!!!

I cant say enough good things about this place. We ordered new tires, struts and shocks for our truck and made an appointment. I arrived a few minutes early and people were already lined up to get in. The staff were very professional, Courteous and prompt. They started on my vehicle exactly when they said they would. They gave me a time frame they would have the work completed in. I went ahead and added an oil change after my arrival so I wouldnt have to stop anywhere else. Despite that, they had my truck ready 11/2 hours before the anticipated time. JT kept me informed every step of the way. I also noticed that everyone in the waiting area was not there very long either. I also wanted to say that I noticed the awesome team work that took place during my time there and how much all the employees seemed to enjoy their jobs. I will definitely go back when I need tires for my other vehicle.

Had a nail in a tire on our RV. They got us in and out in less than an hour. Reasonable price. Staff is super pleasant and very knowledgeable. Couldnt ask for more.

Made an appointment a week in advance. They didnt do what the appointment was scheduled for. Charged me 1$132 to take 2 tires off and put them back. What a rip off. Ill never be back. You should make sure to ask the prices and what work is by preformed.

I would first like to start with the gentleman who helped me was very professional and understanding. Yet, I visited this shop after moving to Cullman. I had previous issues with my vehicle and made an appt for a wheel bearing replacement. The gentleman informed me that the replacement wasn’t necessary. I told him that I was told it was either the wheel bearing or the CV Axle. He assured me that neither was the issue, and noted it as a “motor rattle”. I’ve recently went to the Nissan dealership to have a full diagnostic ran to figure out what the issue is. Left and Right CV Axles must be replaced.

Only place we go for tires. JT and Dale are awesome guys to work with.

The employees here are very friendly and helpful. We bought new tires for my truck and had them mounted. They ordered our tires and got them the next day. Even though they were very busy, they worked quickly and got all of the waiting guests taken care of in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend and be back!

Had a flat I needed repaired before the long weekend. Folks at McGriff were right on it and had it repaired in about 30 minutes. I will use McGriff again.

Good work at a fair price. We havent carried them anything they couldnt fix. We have a farm with multiple types and sizes of equipment from tractors to trailers, new and old. Theyve repaired or replaced many tires for us over the last decade.

Mcgriff does good work just a little slow. I was one of only two cars at the time having tires put on and it took twice as long as it should. Some workers were watching doing nothing while one guy was doing my 4 tires. There was empty equipment that could have been put to use.

They are polite and knowledgeable about their skills. They also took care of my new car.

I was traveling through Alabama when I had struck something in the road just outside of Cullman, causing two flats during the night. I had my vehicle towed to MCgriffs tire for repair leaving the keys in the night drop box. A call promptly at 7 am to inform of the issue and we were back on the road 930 the next morning. Dale and Jim were awesome to work with being very friendly and professional. They even came to the hotel and picked me up when my vehicle was ready.

If zero stars was possible that’s what I would give! Today I had a flat while driving through this area. I called about an hour away to make sure they had the tire I needed before arriving. I also asked if they were busy and if so could I get in line because we were traveling 9 hours today. They said it was first come first serve. Upon arrival, I was ignored for about 15 and then another was helped before me. When I was acknowledged, I was told at 9 am that they were full for the day. I understand that it is a Saturday but this is unacceptable. They then suggested that I go across the street. I am glad I did. Express Oil Change Tire Engineers we’re so kind and helpful. They were quick. They also met me at my car to see how they could help me rather then me having to stand around hoping to be waited on my rude people.

Made an appointment for my ABS light that was coming on. He hooked it to the machine an found the problem. Came an told me an he fixed it. Was in an out of their within 1 1/2 hours. Very good customer service. Would use them again. Very fair prices.

I love this place in the service you receive. They are a bunch of nice people who are very knowledgeable about the product. The only reason I dont give them 5 stars is because they typically run more money than similar competitors.

I guess I did not understand the ratings.it was not a one star rating.it was defentially a 5 star rating and always has been.mcGriff always gives exclentally service sorry for the mistanding.

Wish I could give them more stars! The absolute best customer service ever! Had a wheel fall off my camper they went all out finding the parts I needed. Ended up being the next day for some of the parts, they let us plug in power for the night! Where does that happen?

I’d give no stars and a F if I could. They’re always slow, really slow. Told a two hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation, two and half hours later and they still hadn’t even pulled my car into a bay. As a former tech, I know time is money, they act busy but their techs have no problem standing around, joking and wasting their customer’s time. Will not spend another dime or a minute of my time there.

Picked up a screw in my tire driving south on the interstate. They put it on the lift and had it patched in no time. Great folks didnt even charge me, super honest and up front.

Driving through Alabama on I65 when our travel trailer blew a tire. These guys were able to get all our old tires swapped out and have us back on the road quickly. Extra points for rethreading wheel studs for us too - otherwise we would have been stuck in town until replacements could be ordered! Thanks everyone, amazing service!!

Wow! Customer service at its finest!! We broke down with our motor home on the freeway on Sunday and they came and changed the tire. The next day they replaced wrecked airbags in a matter of hours and we were back on the road! They were awesome to work with! Thank you so much!

Love Love Love the staff at McGriff Tire!!! They take care of our two cars and they are very accommodating. I needed to leave my car with them one day and they were kind enough to park it outside when they were finished with it and love the keys inside.
