Im the VP for the Buckhorn High School football quarterback club and we had a flat tire on our equipment trailor that we had brought to our game versus Cullman High School. The staff at Cullman High referred us to Branham. They stayed open late to replace our tire so we could make it back to Huntsville. I took my 2017 Suburban in for an electrical issue, and I am so glad to say this shop restores my faith in humanity. First they were too busy to really dig into my problem, but a super nice mechanic, Phillip, spent a fair amount of time narrowing down the problem and advising me that he didn’t want to charge me for unnecessary repairs. He further advised that he believed a Chevy dealership would need to look into it, as it I was probably computer related. This is how a business should operate. They have won my business forever and I recommend them to anyone reading this. Bravo! Thank you!

While traveling from Nashville I had a flat tire on the interstate. No one would touch the truck because I have 37 inch tires on it. We were helped right away and back on the road in no time. Would highly recommend for anything you need! Best customer service around.

Was a salesmanger in a retail store that does close to the same thing so i get the cant plz everbody an mistakes happen its how its resolved.The amount of miscomunication an important questions not asked is it lack of training or dont care if you ever return.

Great customer service and stands behind their work. We got our tires, wheels and had our Jeep lifted with Branhams Accessories. They have always done the servicing and upkeep. When I heard a squeak they diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Later I realized the part was faulty, the owner met me back at the business after hours, diagnosed the problem and kept it over night to get first thing the next morning. When they pulled the faulty part off, they realized it could have damaged my brake pads. They replaced them just to make sure . This is great customer service! Thanks for taking care of your customers and my Jeep!

Had a really great experience at Branham Tire and Accessories, they really took care of me with my new truck , they sprayed a Line-X bed liner, new set of tires and tinted my windows .. Now I’m ready to roll. Great customer service, clean shop and great prices.

Went with friend who is wheelchair bound. He needed to inquire about the possibility of having some kind of lift/pulley mounted in his truck to assist in getting his wheelchair into the back seat of his truck. Brenham was unable to help but shared some information with him about a company in Huntsville that could probably assist him with his need. Thought this was extremely nice of the people at Branham. So impressed that although I have not needed their services before will most definitely look to them in the future for my automotive needs.

These guys went above and beyond. Did some major repairs to my Jeep at an agreed on price. Then added further repairs and labor at no additional cost to me to make sure car was safe for many more miles. I have recently been buying accessories on line but going forward I will buy through Branham to support them any way I can.
