I had an appointment at 9AM Monday morning. Scheduled it Saturday morning the week before. They didn’t open on time and I left. Very unhappy, it was extremely unprofessional. Will not be returning.

I visited this location a couple weeks ago to get my tire checked because I found myself constantly having to top off the air in it. Kaila got me all set up and taken care of quickly even though I didn’t have an appointment. Got my tire checked to find I had a bad valve stem. A day later I had to get a battery replaced in my girlfriends car. She found the battery we needed and had us in and out faster than we expected with how weird the battery is in the car. Today I revisited because I found that I had to deal with the tire air pressure issue still but not as often. Come to find out I have terrible luck. There was a nail in the tire now! Kaila was there once again and got me in and out quickly once more. Kaila maintained a fun attitude while also being professional. I will continue to come here for any service I need on my vehicles.

Kaila was very helpful with my search for new tires! She provided excellent customer service, and made me feel she had my best interest at heart with her recommendations. Ive had the new tires for almost a week now, and theyre great. I truly appreciate Kailas help, and will definitely be returning to this location for all my future car maintenance needs.

Jim, the store manager here, was amazing! I was so nervous going to a new mechanic. As a female who knows nothing about cars, it is never fun knowing if you are being taken advantage of or not. I was recommended to this location by a friend and told they were honest and they did not disappoint! I went in for squeaky brakes and was expecting horrible news and an expensive quote. Jim showed me my brake pads which were in perfect condition and nothing to worry about. They did find 2 screws in my tires (which I have under warranty elsewhere) and rotated my tires for free. They also tested my battery, which failed the diagnostic test. So I left with a brand new battery and was told if I have any trouble getting my tires fixed, to come back. Thanks Big O for the new trust in mechanics!

Excellent service and customer service! My alternator was bad and the car died just as I was arriving at Big O Tires, 10 minutes before closing this eve. Chris charged my battery to get the car out its precarious location blocking the sidewalk and into a bay. Then, AFTER hours diagnosed the bad alternator AND fixed it! This took someone driving to get the part and all staying late to make the fix. I was back on the road by 7:45 (closing time is 6:00). Chris did an awesome job! Kaila, running the desk, was super supportive and friendly throughout this ordeal, and thanks to the person that got the part. Many, many thanks to ALL!

Came in with internet coupon for 17.99, showed check in person the coupon, realized days later i was missing a valve stem cap, and was only given credit for 19.99 coupon. my rear brake has been rubbing/grinding for over a week, no grinding noted in inspection despite tons of visible brown dust residue on rim. i was expecting a report like the one tires plus does where they measure and document on their inspection teed depth of all four tires. all in all a disappointing first impression of big o reflected at this location. i thought the check in damage report was a joke, they go around marking any damages on a paper, get your signature on the bottom, then retain the paper so there is nothing stopping them from adding additional damages caused by them during service.

There people are fantastic!! They stayed open late to get my car done for me. I don’t have to miss work or my family events thanks to this wonderful crew! And they were so nice!

We went in the store to order tires. The person working did not seem too friendly. The tires we wanted were on back order and we were told they would be in in a week or two. Called after 2 weeks, the man just said not here yet. Called on the third week. nope, still on back order. I think he couldve offered a different tire or service and did not until I asked if there were any others that were in stock I could get. I kinda had to pry the info out of him. I was really disappointed in the customer service that was provided. We went to discount tire and got right in and they were very helpful and friendly. Im sorry this happened, we had previous better experiences with you guys

Made an appointment on Tuesday to get my tire valve changed Saturday. When I went to the appointment they didnt have the part nor did any other shops. Now I have to come back next Monday the guy told me hell call when the part comes in.

I was very impressed with the helpfulness and courtesy of the young lady working the service desk, and the mechanic servicing my vehicle was quick and professional. Despite them being extremely busy they fit in all the service I needed, and I noticed they accommodated everyone else; working on everyones vehicles well after their scheduled closing time.

They repaired my leaking tire and installed a new valve stem for free. Even though I did not buy the tires from them. They were quick too.

Got tires put on both sides on the front. The technician didnt tighten the lug nuts and tire almost came off. Contacted management and got basically blown off. I will never go there again.

Jim was awesome through the whole experience. They didnt try to sell me anything other than what was needed. Tough to find mechanics that are trust worthy. Id recommend them to anyone.

Store opens at 7:30a, however techs dont arrive until 8:00am, this mornings tech was late so manager ended up doing the work. Manager was very polite and got me out the door within 30 minutes.

Nothing bad, really, but I was unimpressed to find that my spare was tossed into the trunk and not replaced under my van. Every other tire store Ive been to would have done it as a courtesy and part of the service.I wasnt given options, real explanations of what deals were available, and pricing descriptions were glossed over (total price instead of breakdown).Like I said, nothing bad, but experience was subpar. Ill probably take my business elsewhere for future tire replacements.UPDATE (4/11/18) -- attempted to respond to owner to help them improve using email provided below, got a bounce-back. Email rejected by server; I will not attempt a second time, as this is indicative of the attention to QC I experienced in the first place.Update (7/5/19) -- find out this morning that they installed the wrong size tires for my vehicle and need to replace with the CORRECT size. I strongly DO NOT recommend giving these losers your business. What a waste of time and money. Modified review to a 1-star, would give negative stars if I could.

I love Big O Tire! They have helped me twice in the last month with two flat tires and gotten me in and out in record time and on basically no notice. I would recommend going to them for anything!

I am very disappointed to spend almost 3 hours at this crystal big o tires location doing just the change of 2 tires. It is like they really do not respect people time. I have never experience such bad customer service. They just don’t care.

My SUV had major engine failure a couple weeks back on a Saturday. AAA got me towed over to one of the only places that was open still. I could not have been in better hands. Alex and the team there were great to work with. Honest, responsive, and helped me get all the info I needed and I found out that my car had a special coverage adjustment for the issue and the dealer/GM should fix it. Will be going back to Big O whenever I need any maintenance or repairs. Highly Recommend!

They lied about breaking something on my car. So I purchased tires here and had them do a regular tire rotation. And when I got home I was missing 3 lug nuts. So I went back to the store and they told me the guy forgot to put them back on. But when they tried to put them on the studs were stripped and they blamed me. But I pay them to take care of my car and tires, I dont do tire work at all and I never changed any tires at all. So the tire tech admitted to stripping the studs. So they agreed to replace them after about a week of calls to corporate. And they did fix the issue. But I go to swap out my street tires to winter tires and I see that they are still stripped and they didnt do anything, another shop told me the same 2 front lug nuts are stripped. They lied to me. So i ended up paying top dollar to another shop. This place is a joke and the top manager is a joke and doesnt care, he did everything to keep this quiet and blow me off. And the tire tech was worthless. Thanks big O for cost me nearly $300... you guys do half ass work and lie about the work you did. Everything about my experience here was bad. They dont care about customers and the manager lied to cover for his employees. I never got any compensation or an apology.

I went here for the first time to change the hubcaps on my tires. I was in & out of there within 20 minutes max!! The staff was very helpful and very kind, I will definitely be going back for future service.

Scheduled an appointment for 8 AM on Saturday morning and the shop wasnt open. They were supposed to be open at 7:30 AM. Sat outside in my car for 45 minutes and decided to leave because no one show up at thw office.

The manager Jim is a really rude guy, he tries to tell me it’s over $700 to replace a LEAF SPRING SHACKLE AND BRACKET, I have replaced them before it takes about 30 minutes per side, and he’s telling me it will take at least 3-4 hours just for the shackle. I have my own parts but he said they won’t replace customer parts even though the guys that actually do the work will!!!!I am not happy with his customer service, he hung up on me when I was trying to tell him I know how long it takes.I am going somewhere that actually wants my business, I will not be going back to Big O Tires in Crystal

Top notch service.For example, was recommended a specific brand and then offered alternative solutions and prices to help with the decision making process. Which helped, because I went in expecting to buy one tire at worst and ended up having to get all four.Four wheel drive, (sigh).His patience at the counter made the transition from holy smokes, no way to acceptance and lets do it.Its easy for a customer to take their misguided frustration out at the counter and aim it at the person delivering the news. Although, Im sure they gotta be thinkin, what the heck, I didnt build the car. I appreciate that he gave me all the information and time to come to a decision. A decision that I feel good about and not forced or pressured into making.Had to make a call and while i was doing that he pulled up quotes for other work I am looking to have done. Awesome service and is what keeps me loyal. Loyality is earned and is what makes them my only choice for what they do.Tire prices are good, as they price match. Shop rates are standard rates and normal for a retail shop.So, if you want same prices and bad service, roll the dice and go anywhere. If you want decent prices and great customer service, this is your place.I recommend with 5 stars and if you havent tried and need their service, stop in, you might be surprised.- John

I scheduled an appointment online as I had done at the Lakeville location for years. I go in and they said I never scheduled an appointment. I told them I scheduled it online and the guy said “Well that’s your problem, you have to call to schedule an appointment”, acting as though it were my fault. I told them I just needed an oil change and I could wait. He told me he couldn’t do anything for me because they were swamped. Horrible service.

I had a tire that got destroyed by a pothole. They changed my tire even though I came in less than 40mins before they closed. I was in and out within an hour. I will definitely be coming back for all my tire needs

Worst place ever...waited 45 minutes for a 10 minute tire rotation..then was told ,by Jim, it would be another hour to get my car in. Then he stated, wait, or take your keys and go!! So I left..went up the street to TGK Auto, they took me right in, and done 10 minutes later. The manager at TGK felt so bad after I told him what the Big O did to me, he didnt even charge me...now thats customer service!

The service manager was horrible. He didnt listen to anything anyone was saying because he thought he knew it all. He would talk bad about customers as soon as they left. Not good when there are customers in the waiting area. Wont be going back.

Went here at 4:30 on a Sunday, sign states open until 5. Door was locked, employee that was there came out to say they were closed. If youre not going to stay open, than change your sign to reflect that.
