Ive used their service a few times, its super hit and miss. What really got me this time was that they tried to increase my charge by $160 from the original quote of $50 for just lawn mowing. I know some folks have had good experiences, I just think its about which person they contract out to :/

When a person schedules a lawn mowing job for a particular day and pays for it, the job needs to be done on that day, not the day after or the day after that day. I used the app to get the lawn mowed from them and I picked a date and day to get the job done but no one showed up and there was no response on the app. Plus the customer service needs to improve on the app as well as the phone.

Quick service, but expensive. Plow completed project on neighbors driveway, had to work with company to get him back out to finish correct house.
