I thought they did an excellent job - my car looked fantastic after body work from storm damage. They handled the insurance company paperwork smoothly with attention to detail, listened to my concerns. They kept in contact with me about everything before I’d even think about calling them. They were honest and clear in their explanations of what my options were. They definitely were quicker than I expected and didn’t promise anything they couldn’t deliver. A great mom and pop run business. I’m definitely using them in the future.

Helped set up rental car- called Enterprise, they picked me up and took me to pick up another vehicle. Kept in touch about progress of repair and timeline when finished. Very helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. Family owned and operated!!!They couldnt have made enough money off me because my vehicle was a total loss. They didnt treat me any differently though.Kole walked me through the insurance process and made sure I knew I should be paid for sales tax on the value of my vehicle and any registration I had remaining for the year. Two things I never would have thought of.I wont take my vehicles anywhere else after my experience with CCC. I dont want to see them again under the circumstances I did, but if I need to, I know itll be a great experience

Looks as good as new. Replaced the door and fixed a bent up rocker panel. Completed it in less time than originally quoted. Handled the insurance company very well. They definitely work with the customers interests favored. Even vacuumed! Will definitely be bringing my vehicle here for future work.

I havent had my truck detailed since buying, it had 4 years of dirt, dust, grime and dog hair built up everywhere. I decided to take it in to Crystal Collision center and Carwash based off of location and price for detailing and couldnt be happier. Again, price was cheaper than others in the area and the quality of work didnt go down - my truck came out looking brand new. I will be going back for future car washes and detailing and certainly recommending to other friends and family.

Best full vehicle wash in the state. 24/7. I know of three municipalities and the state patrol have their police vehicles washed there. Great friendly locally family owned and operated.

They did a wonderful job fixing my van after someone hit and run me in a parking lot. They work for YOU, not the insurance company. It was an all around positive experience after an unfortunate incident. The other cool thing is the whole shop has cameras so you can look online and see your car being worked on! Most places don’t want you to see them working. I’m very glad I contacted them!

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. They followed up on the insurance company when they hadnt heard back ftom them and kept me up to date. They called earlier than expected when it was ready. When I picked it up, I was happily surprised to see that they had cleaned my car inside & out.

Horrible horrible experience I had to call the police. Took my truck in for a detail and they half cleaned my truck and wanted me to pay $180 and didn’t do anything but wash the outside and vacuum the inside and wipe down the seats. Nothing else there was dirt, dust, etc still in the car and they thought to speak there language towards each other I was going nope either you clean it right or don’t get paid. So they didn’t get paid and lost a customer

They are so amazing, and they took such good care do my truck while it was in their care. They did such an amazing job on fixing my truck! I would go back to them again without hesitation! Plus, they have dogs.

Easy to book service and the communication was great! However, I saw poor work quality on my car. I had my car in for a complete detail but was left with dirt still on the trunk door where it closes. Thats not an easy spot to miss so Im really disappointed!

I called around looking for a shop to bring my car to get repaired. I called crystal collision and they had said they a great shop 40 years they have been there. Well I drop my car off and after having it for 1.5weeks, I pick it up and noticed minor damage done to my car while in crystal collision shop. I called and went right back in so they could access the damage. Cole had told me he was gonna have Dave or David call me back & never got a phone call. I had to call them back. They ordered the parts for my car on 2/5/2020. Now today 2/11/2020 still have yet to receive a call back ! I had to call them back yet again to get an update on my parts for my car. Seems like theyre taking their sweet time on fixing the damage done by their own shop

I was stuck in their carwash and it was a terrible experience!!

I never thought I would rate an auto body place so highly. The team was super helpful and had great communication. I had an issue after my work was done and even though it wasnt related to the work they did they looked into it and gave me some great advice and support.

I recently had work done here and they did such a great job! I walked in with a lot of questions about filing a claim and Cole spent probably 25 minutes with me explaining in depth what I would expect through the entire process. CCC&C finished the work on my car in a reasonable amount of time and did an excellent job. Thank you so much!

My favorite go to place for vehicle repair. The staff is helpful and will help you get the best repairs and help with insurance claims. Great service from a family owned shop and nice not to have to deal with a chain owned shop. Very personal service. They have a nice, new car wash and a great detail shop too.

Told them my engine was shaking and was hearing a ticking. Was told they would do a diagnostic at 2pm on Friday. Got a call back Monday saying it was a cylinder misfire and that I need spark plugs and new coils and that it would fix the problem. Car was finally done Tuesday. Next morning on my way to work Engine light came back on. Had two other Mechanics look at it and immediately were able to tell me it was a bad fuel injector and called two dealerships and they were able to confirm it just by hearing what it was doing. Crystal Collision charged me $724 without even fixing the problem and when I called and told them the engine light was back on the Manager replied So, what? They obviously didnt do a proper diagnostic/inspection, lacked mechanical knowledge and customer service. Honestly, I question weather or not they even did what they charged me for and they didnt even fix what I brought it in there for. They didnt even care at all; about their work or customer at all. To fix my fuel injector was $300 and they hustled me out of $724.00. I dont suggest anyone go there to even get an oil change. They cant be trusted; unreliable and irresponsible as a Automotive establishment.

This is a great place and the service was top notch! My poor car wouldnt start (something with the starter). They helped with the towing and were very helpful with explaining what the issue was. They got the new piece and had it fixed in a day or two! Very quick turn around and the mechanics were very friendly. I would recommend this location everytime!

I use the car wash often and havent had any issues with the besides it being unavailable at times which is just a minor inconvenience.

Brought my 1991 RX7 to crystal collision, had a paint can spill on the front carpet, had a dent on the drivers door, took them 1 day and the car looks like new!!! the buffed and detailed the exterior and made it shine like new!!! VERY HAPPY with the work they did!!!!

Who ever runs the car wash cant seem to keep soap in their tanks, Ive been burnt using this place 2 times with little to no soap for a 14 dollar car wash . . there are much better places to go so save your money and screw them.

First of all, I have never had anything stolen until I visited this location!!! Who STEALS a Cross? I had that Cross for over 15 years, I bought it while traveling, No one else was/has been in my vehicle sense I had it washed!!!! It cannot be replaced, so who ever the Demon was who stole it. I hope God touches their heart to give it Back, I am a senior citizen and the fact that this person could Steal a Cross from me is DISTURBING.....

Id trust them with my car body repairs any day!Edit 3/3/19: I had to have some parts replaced on my car and ensured I went here to get it done. A few days later, the car came back looking like it never got damaged in the first place! They also fixed my sticking door for nothing additional! These guys are the definition of Customer Service!

My car developed a mold issue due to an A/C condensation line leak. It has been very difficult to get clean. Nader and the guys at The Auto Spa went to work on it. They did heroic work! The car is the cleanest its been since Ive owned it. Beyond this, they were professional, kind, and good communicators. Fixing a mold issue is not a fun job. They did it with grace and professionalism. And, they didnt charge me an arm and a leg. In fact they gave me a very generous price and promised to work on it some more if the odor lingered or came back. I have a very good opinion of this place. I recommend them!

I cleaned the trash out of my car before I went to the car wash. I had noticed a $20 bill in the back seat wedged in wear you click your seat beat. My hands were full so I went to throw out the trash and meant to come back to collect the $20 but forgot. I went and got a “best car wash” at $25+tax and it ended up being a $45+tax because one of the people cleaning out my car obviously took it amongst themselves, to pocket the money! I hope they at least shared it and didn’t waste it on a blunt.I don’t typically sit in the back seat so I figured the $20 was one of my husbands employees that often rides back there or my 13 year old son that had been saving money by working for my husband. My bad that I forgot to pick up the money but it’s so unfortunate that there are dishonest people like this.My husband says to forget about but I don’t want it to happen to someone else. It’s not about the money more so then the morals behind it. The person who took this will end getting $40 or more taken from them. It’s just how karma works.I will not be going back there and for anyone who asks for a recommendation I will advice against this car wash.

I had them detail and remove rust from a diesel pickup I sold in 2015. I made more than $5,000.00 more on that sale. Well worth the $600.00 I spent. Great car wash, great people, family owned.

I have used to car wash for years, everything is new. I think they have a few kinks so far. Last month when I was there the dryer wasnt working. Last Sunday when I was there, only one of the two bays was working. I hope things get better for them. I love this place and I will continue to use them.

These guys are a good old fashioned service with advanced equipment and a facility that can accept even larger vehicle. We run a fleet of diesels and they have always helped us out right away. Great turn around rate!

I brought my car there to be detailed. When I picked it up the upholstery was dirtier than when I brought it in. It also smelled so bad I couldnt stand to be inside. The dash was still dirty. I was shocked. I brought it back in and they redid it. It was much better but there were still dirty spots on the upholstery. I took a damp rag and they came right off so I dont know why they didnt clean it completely. Live and learn. Its crazy what a bad job they did.They wont be getting my business for anything.***Update!I contacted John the owner and he made it right. He seemed genuinely concerned about the situation. Thank you John, I appreciate your assistance.

A great touchless Car Wash. Pay on the spot or purchase a monthly package...per vehicle. I bring my vehicles here for cleaning.

Came after hours - around 7:30pm and purchased the ultimate wash from the left stall. After entering, the system bugged out and had me exit without any wash. Had to spend another $14 to get a wash from the right stall, which performed well but not worth $28 for one wash.

Prices are reasonable, short wait, car was acceptably clean and easy to get in and out.

If you are willing to risk for a malfunction automatic car wash. You have come to the right place. Paid for a ultimate wash pull up and only to find out that one of the bay isnt working. Never here again.

Pretty good car wash for the money. Sometimes there are lines but never as often as the Holiday down the road. The blowers at the end could be a little better for drying. Seem dated compared to some of the newer car washes around town.

I paid $276.00 plus $30 tip( should have checked the work first before leaving the tip) I have been getting my cars detailed at CCC since they opened in Crystal. WOW! this is the second time I have gotten poor service. I will admit it was pretty dirty. I have had multiple cars detailed(at least 6 times)and have not been happy the last 2 times. I have referred CCC to many people over the years. Well, not anymore. Please look at the pictures.Mechanic department, I would give them a 5 star. I have had mine and my daughters cars fix there. I never felt over changed or pressured.

One of the only carwashes in the twin cities thats open 24/7 and the washes arent a bust. 2 touchless automatic washing bays with fair pricing. Pre- front end bug scrubbing (diy) at the pay machine and vacuums that work! I would highly recommend if youre in the area.

Its touchless which is really nice. Does a good job cleaning and the dryer lasts for a really long time or else indefinitely. The only bad thing I can say is its on the more expensive side for automatic car washes.

Only one of two vacuums worked, and the one that did had barely any power at all - though it did run for a long time. Car still had leaves on it after going through the second tier wash. Disappointed.

Pretty decent touchless car wash. Four different wash options. (See my pics)Plan on 5-7 minutes per vehicle depending on which option is chosen. We did the $12 top of the line and it took 9 minutes. The car looked pretty good afterwards. (See pic). The only downside is that you need to wipe of the water drops yourself as well as do the inside yourself.

Had my 98 Toyota Camry detailed for the first time 3 months ago. Everyone who has ridden in my car has commented on how great it looks,inside and out. It offers a very good value also, compared to other companies in the area.
