Republic is so helpful and polite to deal with. Susan is by far the best person in the world. She understood everything I needed and got it all handled which when dealing with me is a challenge. I will do business with her and Republic as a company any time.

I ordered a dumpster and the young lady named Ann was so pleasant that I had to say something. Businesses today dont realize how valuable a representative is to their business. Its almost like a first impression. Ann knew her product. She was professional, polite, funny and very knowledgeable about what I needed, how much I might need and what to do if I needed more. Her personality is an asset to the company and her attitude was truly refreshing. Other businesses can learn a thing or two about the importance of representatives. I dont know what position Ann holds at the company but I do know that you need as many Anns as you can find.

I do various construction projects throughout the northern Indiana area and consistently use republic for all of my disposal needs. Laurel is always there when I need her whether it’s last minute or short notice they always make the best effort to accommodate me and my projects

I had contracted them to do service be warned it’s the hardest to cancel service and after you send them all the information to cancel service they don’t they keep billing you and Jessica at customer service received multiple emails and calls to cancel service and still hasn’t cancelled service. If I can give this company under a 1 star I would. Funny part is had I known with there price increases missed days on pickups and had I read the reviews before ordering there service now I know why there rating and reviews are mostly in the gutter.

Rates increase without notice. After calling for an explanation they offer to lower the rates but continue to charge the same amount.Missed pickups. They say someone will be back out but nobody shows up after repeated calls.

One of the most incompetent groups of people in the work field. Please, take your business elsewhere. The company I work for has service with them and asked for recycling bins.. Took TWO MONTHS of calling weekly to set this up. They make her sign a new contract and start charging her for the bin.. Bin never shows up. She calls for another two months.. no bin, no answer. FINALLY someone tells her that they DO NOT OFFER THAT SERVICE IN HER AREA and even though she had to sign a new contract (3 years) specifically for recycling bins that she paid for and never got, she is not allowed out of this contract. They raise her prices for no reason. She calls to fix it and they tell her OKAY pay original price we will adjust.. They never do. Now she has a balance and a late fee and her next bill is still too high. She speaks with people and takes down their names and the date but thats not good enough. Now they tell her they have no record of her EVER calling and if she wants it on record she has to get a confirmation number. This place is a joke. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

This is the worst service Ive ever had. When we called to set up service they said it was quarterly billing and about 25 bucks a month for trash and recycle. We get our cans and 2 weeks go by without pick up. I called for missed trash and they came. Our first bill was a shock because they charge 30 bucks a can for drop off. Another 3 weeks go by without pick up. We call to complain and they said they had an issue with the address on our paperwork. Finally we are receiving pick ups but the next bill comes and its 130 for 3 months, thats normal! Thats almost double what we expected to pay. We called to cancel and they will charge us 30 more dollars to pick up the cans if we dont drop them off and they wont refund us for the service we paid for that we will no longer be receiving. After all our trouble and poor customer service I advise everyone to stay away from this company.

The recycle was supposed to be picked up on Monday today is Wednesday and they have not come out they will not answer the phone mean while the neighbors cant mow the median because of their poor service

Sorry I had to give this company one star. They promise on rate on the phone and them when you get the bill, you are charged additional fees typically making the bill another 50% higher. However the worst of it is when I called to cancel, I was told they had to pick up the can, a $30 fee. I said no, I never agreed to that, I would drop the can off at their location. The person on the phone told me they dont accept it at the location. So, I am being punished for cancelling. I asked where this was in any agreement or paperwork I had, and was told they dont have contract. This is wrong on so many levels. Use someone else.

Id be embarrassed to admit how much garbage my family produces. There are 7 to 9 of us here most days. Jose is the best garbage man! He does a great job! Never leaves anything behind. And waves to my grandson who loves the garbage truck.

Hidden fees. Signed on for 68 dollars quarterly to find out there are additional taxes and environment fees. Called and complained about it and the lady fixed it so i paid my 90 dollars and was happy because i had 1 extra month in there. Now they are hunting me down for the extra 100 dollars from the original bill. So tell me if your customer service sells me 78 dollars all included how does it not come to that? Fire that employee and keep your phone records.

I have residential service. The pickup service it self is as described. They show up once a week except holidays and haul away my trash, no complaints there. Where this company fails is in its office staff and communication between the office and the field. It never fails if we need to make a change to our account for any reason (recently moved then reduced the number of cans we have) it never goes smooth. There are always issues with billing and they either do not drop off the cans (when we moved) or the take away all the cans instead of just one (when we reduced our service) and they are still charging me for 2 cans. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because once this bs gets figured out the actual service is adequate. The worst part is I know this will not be resolved even after the phone call I just made. There will be at minimum 2-100 more phone calls needed to get the fixed and in the meantime my trash will be sitting in my garage.
