This is a very reliable business, they are upfront with approximate cost of repairs. They service most brands and you have many options when it comes to drop off or pick up. You will be satisfied with the service and they offer U-Haul rentals at the same facility very convenient. I service appliances and will get at times customers that will try and tarnish a business image. I understand their frustration but the warranty companies have stipulation in writing for a reason. Trust me Smiths is very reliable and trustworthy.
