Great service the 2x Ive used them. The guys that work there are very friendly, efficient and always very busy but also very attentive to all. Got an AWESOME student discount too (not through them in person but done online ahead of time).

Getting into a car crash is not a very nice experience, but when youre looking for a new rental in the mean time, this is the place. Got a lot of help and everything was explained very well and in a professional manner. When I had extra questions, I called in and talked to an expert named Tristan who promptly answered while also being incredibly helpful!

As a former enterprise employee, I was quite disappointed in this location. Still up to the same tricks of scamming people in thinking they are getting one thing over another just for those few extra bucks. Learn to lie a little better if youre going to lie.

The customer service at Enterprise Rent-A-Center in Crown Point was great. I had to rent a car due to a car accident. I made all reservations over the phone. They had the car waiting for me at the collision center. The car was clean and ready to go. There was even a snow brush in the car - Ive never seen someone provide that for their customers. The return was just as easy. I could have left the car at the collision center but chose to return it so I could have a hard copy of the paperwork. I also had the paperwork emailed to me but wanted a hard copy immediately for insurance purposes. Meeting with them in person was very pleasant as well. Quick and easy checkout service.

Always a good experience. If you have any issues just speak up. They are super eager to make things right and keep you as a customer.

Absolutely worst service I’ve received. Called in and reserved a vehicle, then went to pick it up as they handed it out in front of me then gave me attitude about my reservation. People dont know their jobs that well, and dont put customers first. Rude, felt disrespected, and absolutely terrible service from the two men who were trying to get what THEY want.

The Crown Point IN office is just amazing. I have received such great service and they have continually gone above and beyond to help me every single time. They are friendly and helpful, always willing to be of service. I have had a consistent experience with each one of the staff members everytime i have gone in. Paul (the branch manager) gets 6 out of 5 stars in my book. I initially rented a car under the understanding that I would only need it for 2 weeks. 7 months later, I had nothing but remarkable service from Paul and his staff. Im a difficult customer to say the least, mostly due to my work schedule. Paul and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. They made exceptions where they didnt have to, and gave a more than generous effort to provide me with service under no obligation to them. I will DEFINITELY be a return customer any time that I need a rental car. Service like this is rare on a good day.Edit: I was in a jam out of town and had to rent from another branch. Due to COVID I became the only maintenance person at a facility that runs 24/7 processing medical grade stainless steel and was basically living there. The other branch I dealt with was abrasive and lacked understanding. So I called Paul. Predictably, he and his associate Amanda handled the situation with outstanding service. I cannot say enough good things about this branch and their service.

Amanda N. was extremely helpful getting us moving when we rented a car last week. She gave us our choice of car, filled up the tank per our request, added my spouse for free (my brother works for Enterprise in Tampa), and was very pleasant during the entire process. Wish every car rental was as enjoyable as Amanda made ours!

Rory (Service Representative) was friendly, helpful and informative. Car was a bit dirty (suds spots over all windows, interior not wiped down), but I clean all rentals myself anyway (including return). I trust Enterprise fully, the pricing was fair and again, Rory helped secure the vehicle I desired (Infiniti), so I was very thankful. Ill continue to utilize the Enterprise Plus program in the future. The location in Crown Point is great and I very much recommend.

I have had so many problems with other locations but Rory definitely changed my mind. I was super indecisive about what car I wanted. He literally went through different car mindless and went over the pros and cons about each of them. He never rushed me or anything. He explained the rates and even told me about their version of a loyalty program and got me signed up. When I finally decided what car I wanted he walked through all the features with me so I knew how to use it, all the way down to connecting my phone to Bluetooth. Never worked with anybody so nice and knowledgeable. I will only be working with him in the future!

Renting a car from Enterprise in Crown Point, IN was a pleasant experience. Paul Karlin, the Branch Rental Manager was professional, patient, understanding, making sure to find the car that I was specific about, reserve, clean and have ready on the day/time of my arrival.Its nice to see that there are some still goodmanagers out there that know how to manage a business. Also, there was a new lady that helped me out and she provided exceptional service as well.

Super helpful after a car accident. Needed a rental while my car was being fixed. Hours are pretty inconvenient and they are not really meeting you for pick up which has made renting a car pretty inconvenient during this current time. So far a good experience. Would use again.

I have been renting from Enterprise for a long time, and this is by far the best location and staff. The manager (empl# ending in --72HM..having a senior moment remembering his name :-)) is great at what he does. He is consistent, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous to all. The other manager is good, but this one is able to stay around long enough for me to say he is GREAT!! The car selection here is good and he knows I love my Toyotas. Mission accomplished Enterprise, I feel a part of the community family of Enterprise and I sometimes want to rent a car even if I dont need to. Customer service was ok, the vehicle, however, was in need of service. It was pulling to the right and clunking around when brakes were applied. I addressed it with the representative and he said they had been told about it. The fact that they knew it and still rented it to me tells me enough about their concern for my safety and convenience. Will not rent from this location again.

Crown Point Enterprise is amazing, the staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and speedy to keep busy people like me on the move. The Branch Manager, Matt, at this location does a fantastic job keeping things running smoothly for a great customer experience.

Thank you Cameron VanCleef. My car broke down on highway 65 on Thursday at 5:45pm. I called the office and they agreed to work late, stay open and were able to get me a rental and pick me up by 6:05pm. It was incredible. They turned a potentially horrible situation into a positive one. AND, they’re rate was more than fair, they didn’t overcharge me at all even though my situation was one they easily could have. Thanks team, you’ve earned a customer for life.

I always rent from Enterprise as I like the fact that they hire recent college grads. My experience renting a the Crown Point location however was less than stellar. I dont know if they had new employees working the morning of November 17 or what but when we arrived there was only one other customer at the counter and it still took them over 1/2 hour to issue our paperwork and get us out the door. The paperwork was also incorrect. My sister realized that mistake about an hour into our drive - it stated a completed different vehicle than the one we were driving. I have an Enterprise number and had booked my car in advance. I regularly rent from the Enterprise location in Old Town in Chicago - and am in and out of that location with 5 minutes. Not sure what happened with the Crown Point location.

The staff at the Crown Point, IN Enterprise was very polite and professional. I have rented from them on several occasions and have always been satisfied with their service. I would recommend this Enterprise location to anyone.

The girl we talk to seemed irritated by our presence but overall we got in and out pretty quick. There are some BS little fees and things they hit you with at the end like a $250 deposit but if you can swing it its not that bad.

I prefer the crown point location on Broadway. Even though I live closer to the u.s 30 merrillville location. During Christmas I rented a Altima had a pickup time and they rented it out. I didnt like the managers attitude.

I will never use this Enterprise again. Hopefully I wont have to. Every employee Ive spoken to aside from Nick has been rude or ignorant or both. They arent professional at all. It took them forever to actually find a car for me to use, despite the fact that they had several hours notice that I was coming. My dealings with the manager on duty at that time were awful. He mocked my frustration and got ignorant with me when I got mad. The lady I spoke with today had a snotty attitude as well. If youre making a courtesy call you might want to try actually being courteous. Enterprise may need to screen their people better if theyre in a customer service related industry and want to stay open.

They took advantage of this Disabled Veteran. The manager told us the insurance was mandatory, called my husband a liar, and tried to place blame on his other employees for his mistakes. To top it all off, my card was charged twice without my authorization. UPDATE: CARD WAS CHARGED AGAIN WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. WHAT YOUR COMPANY IS DOING IS ILLEGAL. I WILL BE CALLING YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE AGAIN. THIS IS INSURANCE FRAUD, THEFT, AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

Rented a 15 passenger van. The side panel ripped off, which the employee explained as having just happened, which is ok-ish. But the seats were filthy. We were planning on renting again for a wedding shuttle but having our guests sit on dirty seats and possibly ruining their clothes is not acceptable. Employees were helpful and courteous which is why 2 stars and not 1 star.

They push to upsell you on the extra coverage. I declined any extras, just wanted to get the car and go. Well, when I got the bill I noticed they charged me an extra $20 a day for damage coverage. I called to tell them the mistake and he said I initialed on the line. In the end it was my fault for not double checking what I was initialing but I trusted the guy not to include the charges. I an very dissatisfied with the service. The car was nice and they gave me an upgrade so I guess I can justify the extra expense for that.

Had a horrible experience a year ago, Cameron the manager was kind enough top give me 2 free rental days, called today to rent a car, the first girl told me they had cars available and which size I would like and I said the cheapest but that I have an e-mail from Cameron stating I have 2 free days with a full size but that size wasnt necessary. She then proceeds to ask if there is a code or anything and I said no, just the e-mail, so she says ok let me ask real quick and then transfers me to some angry sloth who hates his job and this guy proceeds to tell me to just bring the email when I drop the car off and then asks when I needed the car, I said today, he said today?? we dont have any cars available so either the girl lied or hes lying because I was about to get 2 days free. Within 20 seconds they dont have a car available. Not only that, they are open for another 4 hours with no cars available?? I call bull$*#t. They can keep their 2 free days and Ill never use them again! I dreaded calling there today because all the guys there have no personalities and have no customer service skill whatsoever.

Cameron the staff at 7:30 in the morning left me on hold for 15 mins then proceeded to scream at me about how im not getting my 50.00 deposit back. He seemed confused about the questions i was asking him. So i went in the store after he yelled and hung up and cameron smelled of booze and looked hung over from the night before. Really bad customer service, really rude, and seems like he needs a little help with his anger problem. I will never use enterprise again. Get some help.

Did not have a full size available for my reservation made 2 weeks in advance so they down graded me to an economy car. I had to exchange it at another Enterprise in South Bend IN . When I exchanged it in SB they were awesome at that location.
