Reach 4 just happens to be laying fiber optic lines less than 1 miles from my home I called to inquirie about faster speeds and mentioned if I could receive the new faster service the tech support guy was very rude and obnoxious. The speeds are slow find another company I can not stream much less surf the web.

Amazing service

So about 6 months ago the service was great. Recently my connection has been terrible. If it was always this bad I wouldnt complain but I know it can be better. Ill be looking into possible replacements. I also pay for their premium package. Stick to the cheapest they offer. Thats the bandwidth you will recieve either way.

It should be illegal to sell internet for $45 a month for 1 mbps. Most companies give out $100 a month for 100 mbps

Buffering gets extreme after 5 PM and I have been attempting to contact the IT department for days. Unfortunately, cant talk to anyone since ALL calls to the IT department goes to voicemail and you have to wait your turn. Hope and pray that they actually call you back. I have had this service for 10 days and have regretted it since day 1. DONT GET THIS COMPANY. GO WITH A BIGGER, BETTER COMPANY!

Terrible and sufferable internet. We have had this service for years as it is the only service we can get in our area. We would cancel if internet wouldn’t be such and essential part in school today.1. The prices for the speeds they provide are outrageously overpriced and the displayed prices on their website isn’t the real price your gonna pay on setup because they charge your antenna separately. Ex: $50 plan for 3mbps download + antenna is raised to $67 monthly.2. The customer support is terrible opting to lie to you about a problem instead of fixing it. I have had heated conversations with the IT guy on the phone and the manager really frustrated they would rather try to deceive me by proposing a problem with my overpriced internet is some outlandish factor I have already ruled out in my own diagnosing.3. Getting the speeds you pay for is dodgey some days you get and others the internet is useless. They never compensate for lost bandwidth that is their fault, and can take weeks to even care to try and fix it.5. Under any circumstances do not get this service unless it is in desprate need it is nothing but a headache. This is a terrible lying company that is going to continue to overcharge the people that are left with no other options for a much needed resource in this day and age.6. If you are in the situation where this is your last resort the only way to get any of the stuff you are overcharged for is to call call call call. You have to be the sqeakiest wheel to get any oil and educate yourself on how internet works to fully see through their lies.

Service is great so long as its up. Problem is, it seems it only goes down after 5 PM or on the weekend. Guess what, its going to stay down until the next business day when you can get them on the phone as there is no such thing as after hours support. Here I sit on Saturday afternoon with no internet and wont be able to get it restored until Monday. Have been with them for several years but they know they have you hostage if youre using their service so theres no incentive for them to actually provide the Excellent Technical Support they claim on their website. It may be excellent so long as you only have an issue 8-5 Monday through Friday. Thankful its available, but its less than half the speed of similar services in other rural areas of South Louisiana at twice the price. Sucks being held hostage because your house sits too far off the road.

Terrible speeds at one point my download speeds got as low as 60kbps it literally wouldnt load a YouTube video & to download a game my PlayStation tells me 99+ hours to download absolutely dreadful service do. It recommend

Every night i come home from work and cant play any games because these douchebags schedule to throttle my internet every night at the same time until midnight. do yourself a favor and move somewhere you can get cable.

The internet seems to work only M-F 8-5. When the internet goes out it always seems to be on a weekend or after 5 pm when the office is closed.I sure wish they would fix this problem or I wish there was another internet provider available to us.

It is the worst internet company. Worst prices worst connection. Do not get this internet unless you really need the internet this is your warning do not get this internet....
