Small but has everything you need to accomplish your goals. Very friendly and my trainer is hard but good. Fishy let you slide because you wine, ice tried it. Lol seriously though, its a great place and everyone is there to accomplish their goals.

Our trainer Cory Bullard is the best for us, he doesnt over work us and we have issues he works around it.

Great place to workout with or without a trainer. Place is clean and family oriented. I am a proud member for 3 years.
