I needed my car towed yesterday, and it was not close to any towing company, but Bobcat was closest. I called them to get a price, the guy who took my call said it would be about $80, I assume he didnt check the distance yet, because as we were about to wrap up the call, he told me to get someone else to do it, and hung up.I would have understood if he had to adjust the cost after realizing how far away I was, I ended up paying someone else $145 to tow it. Understand before you choose Bobcat that good communication is not their strong point.
