I find it ridiculous that you’re office is closed more days than open during tax season. AND you’re only open from 9-3 on the days you are open.... do you just expect people to take off work to get their taxes done? Or drive 45 minutes our of the way? Come on people, do better.

My accountant Sue was amazing. She was quick, got me an awesome return, and explained everything she was doing.

I have been a customer of H & R Block for more than 30 years in 2 different states. that should speak for itself. I my confidence in H & R Block falters I will find someone else to assist me.

I thought that the price could have been more reasonable for the amount of a refund that I got. I felt that I was charged to much and that me only getting basically 185 dollars back, and being charged 155 dollars was over priced. And the reason why it was only 155 dollars and not the full 180 dollars was do to the refer a friend thing. I will not be back there to file my taxes again if I have to and I would not refer anyone there by no means. I feel like it was a rip off. I feel like I got screwed, and I do not appreciate it at all. Like I said I will not be back there and I will not refer anyone there by no means.

These people that work here are very unprofessional. We made an appointment for 5 pm my husband explained to the women he spoke that he works out of town and couldnt make a 4:30pm appointment. She then told him that she would make a 5 pm appointment and if he was a few minutes late it would be okay. We showed up at 5:04 pm and yet doors locked yet OPEN sign was still lite. We knocked trying to get her attention to tell her we have an appointment and she literally looked at us got up from her chair and walked to a back room! This is pure unprofessional! All she had to do was come to the window and we couls have told her who we were! I will never ever file my taxes at this location ever again! There was no reason for her rude response .

Convenient

H&R block does not give long time customers any coupons for discounts. Where you will give a new client a break on the filings.
