Great people that do great work. I will not take my mower and tools anywhere else. Extremely honest and dependable folks that go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. After some extensive rodent damage, Trevor rewired and essentially rebuilt my mower from the ground up. This place is in high demand and during the busy summer season, they consistently updated me weekly on the status of my repairs, costs, and the turnaround time for completion. I just wish I could take my truck here for repairs. The cost is extremely fair and the peace of mind knowing the skilled labor behind your investment is invaluable. Thank you!

Wonderful people... the whole family...and did a great job...fixing my generators...

They told me it would take about two weeks for the repairs to my Dixie Chopper zero turn mower. It took two and a half. Close enough. They were very polite and very professional. The price for the service I received seemed more than fair. I will defiantly use them again if I need service.

All i can say is i will not use anyone else to work on my mower...GREAT people !!

I’m not one to write reviews but exceptional service demands this review. After having my annual service on my garden tractor completed, I found the power take off wasn’t working. A quick call to Trevor Pender and not only was he sympathetic, he was in my driveway within 30 minutes. Trevor not only picked up the tractor but made minor adjustments and returned it within an hour at no additional cost. If you need small engine repairs, I highly recommend Mr. Pender & his team.

After multiple calls to Tri-County Equipment Sales & Service and no returned calls I stopped by Pender Small Engine Repair. These folks were very friendly and had no problem being upfront letting me know that it would likely take two weeks to get my lawn tractor serviced. I dropped the unit off with them and received a call back the next day letting me know that my tractor was ready with oil changed, deck leveled, blades sharpened and I really don’t know what else. What I do know is that my tractor was given back to me as clean as it was delivered and cuts like new. These people have not forgotten what customer service is and provide the small town, never met a stranger attitude that seems to have been lost in this society. I may still send money to John Deere every month for the payment but they will never get the opportunity to service my mower again. Pender Small Engine Repair is my kind of place and I am happy to do my part in helping them succeed in this highly competitive world.Thank you so much for taking care of me the way that you did. Took my mower in for annual servicing and it was returned in a jiffy. Then apparently, the engine blew an oil ring as I had some smoking. Pat said to bring it back in. The engine was replaced within a couple of days and I can now have more fun mowing my lawn. When my wife picked up the mower the 2nd time, her car died. Trevor checked the engine and battery and determined that the battery had become loose. He tightened it and she was off in a jiffy. These are high quality people who do high quality work AND go the extra mile to help out to make their customers lives better. HIGHLY recommended by me; and I am a tough critic.

Love the people the business it ruined with very people are not just sitting around.
