I have great service, I am grateful for my local carrier who is always pleasant. The clerks at the post office are super friendly and helpful. The 1 time I had a mishap with a delivery, The postmaster and my carrier figured it out and got my package delivered to me asap. Thank you for the great job you do daily!

I have used this postal department for shipping overseas packages, in the United States packages, and routine letter service. What I really appreciate is the ability to have vacation hold done. They were quick to respond to my return even though earlier than I had indicated.

While there are kind and competent clerks at this post office, the mail carriers they employ are completely incompetent. Several times, I have had to go into this post office to pick up a package that could have been easily delivered. I have had packages of important documents and other items literally crammed and stuffed into my mailbox. When digging these items out they were damaged. Joe White does not do what he says he will do; he is very professional and kind but untrustworthy. This place has really gone downhill in the past two years and appears to operate without any standards. I have had several articles of mail go missing and packages say they were delivered but never show up. I have a web camera on the mailbox so I can see the packages were never taken, they were just never delivered.

I had 3 letters to mail. In line for 2 minutes and then done. Nice clerk. Shared a joke and smile.

I ordered some items from FL. Due to a mix up with the shipper my items were actually delivered to the wrong address - an address I did not live there for 5 years. I went to the old address (2 blocks from house) and went to get the items, no luck. We had to admit I was not going to get the items. Well I was surprised by my mail courier this afternoon and she had my packages! We thanked her profusely! I do not know my courier but the piece of paper says belongs to route 28 If there is a postal carrier of the month then my mail courier should win it!

I have had to go to this post office on FIVE different occasions to pick up a package small enough to fit inside my mailbox. There is never any reasoning. The cashier never knows what is going on- what I dont understand is why I am having to drive and pick up what is supposed to be delivered.Tried to call and speak with a supervisor- I have called many times in hopes of speaking with a manger, but I have yet to get anyone to answer the phone.

The two clerks at the counter were fast,friendly, and courteous. They kept the line moving at a steady pace while proving excellent service.

Dont get me wrong the postal workers at the post office are awesome! Found out today January 21st 2020 that this post office will no longer deliver packages to peoples houses that will not fit in the mailbox. You can only come in and pick them up. I do a lot of business with boxes so Im happy to note that Im leaving Cumberland County.

Randy the manager was very kind, and I need to file a formal complaint regarding a mail carrier. The carrier for Crossville Post Office is an older man and perhaps hard of hearing or at least wears a hearing aid and I can forgive that, but he ignores all of our questions when he is looking directly at us, wont stop when needing to hand him a package (that we called for pick up) and ripped the box out of my husbands hands very rudely (as if he hates his actual job). He wont knock or ring doorbell even though pick up states to do so. He has been particularly rude to both of us on more than 3 occasions and we have only been living here one month no matter how kind we both are. I feel this man needs perhaps some mental help or to be spoken to because that is not the way service or box pick up should be handled.

Postal service has always been great but in the last couple of weeks, my mail has been delivered to my neighbor ( who graciously contacted me & delivered my mail to me) & today, my mail was delivered but the outgoing mail in my box was not taken by the mail carrier. What is up with this?!!!

I had a change of address put in and had a oil pan delivered to the Crossville address Cause i had some one putting the engine in for me i called them they stated that they would send it to the Crossville address tomorrow or they could pick it up today. They didnt instead they sent it to Memphis so i paid 55 dollars to send it to the Crossville post office and 2 days later i got it in Codell Kansas no refund no explanation nothing. in order to send it back it would cost me 88.97$ so now i have to home that he can tape up the bottom of the engine and hope that my 3000 dollar engine doesnt get destroyed while its being shipped

I made a mistake on my amazon order and the man I talked to on the phone was great and helped me get everything fixed and where it needed to go

I love that there is a kiosk in the lobby area where you can buy stamps or postage to mail a package. So convenient!

I have used this post office for quiet a few years and actually enjoy going here the staff are all great,fast efficient and friendly.

Havent received mail in two months. Something wrong with the way they operate. Needs cameras in the building, and to be investigated. They aint right.

Only one person working most of the time,line out the door,Crossville is growing,so should the post office..it’s ridiculous..I’ve lived here 20 years,it’s always been this way..hate to go there...
