I am redoing a deck on a lake. Emerson in paint was extremely helpful and showed me exactly what I needed and explained the differences between flooring and other paint. Mark in lumber was helpful for giving me the best recommendations and pricing. Everyone was also very willing to help. Samuel made sure I got the right people for the most accurate info.

Went into Lowe’s for 10 bags of garden mulch using my military discount, and was very kindly and quickly greeted by Ryan an online order associate who went above and beyond taking the time to stop doing what he was doing to ensure that I got the correct mulch I was specifically looking for that I saw was on sale online, and even went outside with me to load it in my car prior to returning to his duties. I very much appreciated his professionalism, willingness to help even when it was not his department and he even thanked my husband for his service in the navy. Always clean inside. However, the prices are quite high compared to other hardware stores. Its not always stocked with the things that people like us, live in in this area need to be able to have.

I purchase a fence at the end of March. Had an amazing experience with the gentleman who came out to do my quote. Install was estimated to be by end of April. Here we are nearly in June and still no fence. Only 1 call from the Lowe’s project representative (after I called the week of the original install date when I still had heard nothing about when they would be there, only to find they wouldn’t be) Still nothing. No communication. No attempted communication via phone or email. 2 months past install date. I’m furious! As someone in the military I need and want this fence for additional security while away and yet I continue to get the go around when this it going to be built.

This is my go to store for gardening supplies. Im interested in perennials when it comes to plants they come back every year and only gets better as years go by.There tools are some what reasonable in price.They normally have what ever I need at the time.If you can find some one to help you find some thing there very knowledgeable and helpfull.

Only one clerk checking customers out. Had to use check out myself and then had to wait on clerk to come key in the gift card code. We go to ace hardware more often in future.

Lowes in Crossville is probably the best Lowes in the country!! I live in South Florida, but travel often for work! I love the town overall, but the Lowes is a phenomenal breath of fresh air compared to across the country. The staff is always superb, but today a gentleman named John stepped this locations game up. He approached us, asked if we needed any help. Immediately left a cart of things he was already doing and came to assist me and my business partner. He took his time and with his knowledge of hardware and what I would assume to be a lifetime of general hard work and made this experience pleasurable. A lady by the name of Donna was also helping a young man close by. But because all the guests being helped were visiting from elsewhere, she decided to introduce some southern hospitality to us all. It was again, very refreshing to be around people who loved their jobs, knew what they were talking about, and treated us all with respect. When ever I do work in Crossville, I always make my way here. I think I break things on purpose just to show up for the pleasantries. Look forward to my next visit!

Their inventory is very low due to Covid-19. But that makes it easier to drive around with a tractor trailer. They have a loading dock for unloading if needed.

Well since you asked here we go. I wentTo lowes to get refill spools for my works trimmer. According to their inventory they had over a thousandNot so two was all we and two employees could find. Apparently people doing your inventory are either blind or dont really care. This is not the first time we have run into this problem. Maybe if inventories were correct you would make more money or at least not lose money

Lowes has a pretty good selection of everything you need. But I really wish we had a Home Depot closer to us. It seems like home Depot has a better selection and better quality. And it also seems that either covid or Lowes is taking advantage and prices are skyrocketing right now which sucks.

Helpful staff, and very knowledgeable. And they take care or their stock (plants are much healthier!) More expensive than other places in town. But, for lack of competition, wonderful place to get a wide selection of home improvement needs.

Such a waste. Trying to buy lumber. No prices on much of the 4 by 8 sheets. Trying to find someone to help. Finally did only to learn the products were not marked so the best they could do is find a picture that could be what we were looking at so this was the price. Could see this would be a nightmare at a checkout line that was already 6 people deep. Typical service I have come to expect from Lowes. Now out at local hardware and lumber to purchase what I need to satisfy customers.

I used to work at Lowes . Its hard to believe how much customer service has declined. After talking to 3 associates I finally found one who took me to the product that I needed.

Once again they didnt have what I needed. Even called first and was assured they did indeed carry the product! So after a over 30 mile round trip drive Im back home and ordering what I need from Amazon, should have done that to begin with!

Had to return a defective product with no receipt. I found the exact item so they issued a gift card and used it for the purchase of the replacement. Super helpful people. l had other shopping there as well which involved questions that were answered quickly and accurately. Would go back there to shop in a heattbeat. Kudos to the helpful and pleasant staff!!

I was treated like theft because I asked for my veterans discount. I gave the woman my phone number and she couldnt find it and maybe I thought I had registered for the discount or wasnt a veteran. I told her that she was working for the store were I signed up for the discount. I produced my Tennessee drivers license and DoD ID and she would not except it. I have this problem at every store in Tennessee and will celebrate the day I get out of this state. I will never shop at Lowes again. Im 74 years old and have served my country well, even though the discount is less than the tax every cent counts on a fixed income.

Nice store. We live between two stores and I much prefer this one. George was great. Helped me load my lumber and was happy to do the work. Nice to see people who are willing to just do the work and not complain.Not my first visit and wont be my last. The other store is a bit closer but ill take the extra time to come here.

We went to their garden shop today, and they didnt happen to have what we were looking. Found the plants we wanted at Paynes nursery on the Sparta highway (Rt 70). About 17.5 miles from Crossville Kroger.

Sorry to say but the employees at crossville Lowes are not very intelligent. Most are sweet and polite. But they dont know their jobs very well. I will still shop there. They are really nice folks. Just not very smart.

I went to Lowes to look for outdoor furniture. I was disappointed that I couldnt find anyone to help. We ended up going to Crossville to purchase our furniture.

Shows online they have stuff that they actually dont have in stock. There should be other options here, a Home Depot would be a nice addition.

Looked for someone to help get a drill...it was last one, of course alarms on the cubby it was in... actually stood there for quite a bit and they came over and gave it to a person who just walked up after a person who worked there sent someone to me...that person intercepted them...I was standing in front of the cubby waiting... unbelievable

We ordered carpet from here and it was paid for 3 months ago... Needless to say,we STILL dont have carpet. Twice they have told us they are coming. So twice we have taken everything out of the room. Today they were supposed to be here at 11 am. Never showed, called the store and they said no it will be at 1 So at 8:30 pm they wanted to come. What?? These people have no clue what they are doing!! So if you want carpet, you would be better off going elsewhere!!

Well we were finally greeted by a trainee after standing there for about 10 minutes our goal was to purchase a washer and dryer. I guess because he was new here didnt have a hand computer so every set we were interested in be would had to write down info, go to the computer and check to see if they had it. We did this the different times each time finding a set that was a lil but more expensive then the last hoping they had something. Finally he said the warehouse had the set and it would take 2 weeks to have it sent to the store. Then were would need to set a delivery date and he would check the schedule. After almost an hour of all odd this a regular employee comes over and tells him theres nothing at the warehouse and the dont even know if they will be getting any washers or dryers. So this was a huge waste of time. They need to post some signs in that department notifying customers that not only do the NOT have any appliances, but they also probably arent getting any and fire everyone who works it because none of them would help until they realised that the trainee was trying to setup up a sale. Totally ridiculous

Dont like this place never anyone to help you.

Lowes is a great store. They have just about everything that you could need.

The plumbing department is a mess and there is never what you need. Then trying to find help is as hard as finding parts.

Found what I was looking for. It was very fast and the staff was very helpful.

Appears to be a little under staffed. Its better now of course, with cell phones that tell u where to go for the item, but you are not going to get a lot of feedback.

I hired Lowes in Crossville Tennessee to do the siding on my house. I gave them a check at the end of October for $27,000 and the work has still not been completed and the keep pushing the delivery of the materials farther into the future. Would not reccomend using this service.

Service was terrible. Took 30 plus minutes to get assistance. While more than 7 employees walked by and said they would page. I called from inside store 3 times to get assistance. Finally after telling the operator I would just scale the rack the assistant manager showed up and was too young and inexperienced to have that job title. Crossville Lowes needs better upper management and competition.

This Lowes is very good. Today we needed a new kitchen faucet. The manager (Paul I think) went above and beyond to find the item in the back of the store. Been going here for years and they have excellent service. This is my goto home improvement store.

Online order and pickup went fast and smooth very impressed.

The sales lady in the paint department was very helpful. A manager opened more check out line in response to increased customers. My experience was better than the Lowes in Dayton Tn. Plus the parts I was needing for my Graco Magnum Airless sprayer were available and were not in Dayton.

Has a lot- can be pricey but lots to choose from.

Whoever is teaching the people in the lumber department how to use the saw need to go back to school and re learn themselves before they can teach anybody else the saw broke yesterday 04/10/2021 because the person that taught the employee doesnt know there but from a hole in the ground. Crossville Tennessee.

The elderly gentleman who help me with the spray paint I needed was Awesome. He went all over the store to find the lift to get me the paint I needed; it was almost to the ceiling in the stack . That ment alot to me..Thanks again Sir for going above an beyond and made my day.

There short staffing is showing, had to wait 18 minutes to get a bale of straw.

This store is fairly easy to get in and out of. They have all the standard big box home improvement items. Nicely organized and the staff are helpful.

Waited for assistance for 20 minutes, finally just gave up and left. On the way out I asked an employee if anyone worked in that department, they just shrugged and said they didnt think so. Went up the street to Ace Hardware, quickly got what I needed and was on my way. Big lesson learned. I thought I could save a few pennies by going to Lowes, but time is money and I lost way more than I would have saved by going to Lowes.
