Servpro in Crossville did and wonderful job on our shower that had leaked behind our tile. They dried out our hardwood floors in the next room, remodeled our whole bathroom and made sure we were extremely happy with the results. I appreciate their professionalism and superior workmanship.

We had water damage from a hot water heater which carried into two walk-in closets and underneath the house. Servpro came quickly and done all the necessary jobs to totally restore everything back to its original state. This company and all of its crew are wonderful, very nice, and very professional. They went above and beyond their service. We highly recommend.

They have a loading dock in the back of the building but you will have to back around the building.

We recently had to close our manufacturing facility for a small COVID outbreak in our employee population. I contacted SERVPRO of Cumberland, Morgan and White Counties to quote a deep cleaning service of our 72,000 sq. foot facility. I was impressed with their quick response to my requests but more so their willingness to work with my time schedule to allow our 80+ employees to return to work on our scheduled re-open date. The price for the service was reasonable and they came as scheduled to perform the service. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and response to my urgent request.

They were very careful with our furniture and made sure everything was in its place when they left. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received.

The SERVPRO team is amazing. My sister’s house in Crossville had extensive water damage fromnegligence on the part of a roofing subcontractor, and that was made worse by the roofing company attempting to do clean-up. The SERVPRO team came in and tackled what was a very nasty job. They did extensive mitigation and then restoration. Crystal, Scott and Elizabeth kept in touch with me throughout the project, finished on time, and at a price a bit below the estimate. My sister is very pleased and I am relieved that we had such a good experience at a very fair price. 10 stars!!

I was so relieved that your team was able to help me clean up my apartment complex building after the pipe burst. My residents were able to quickly get on with their normal lives.

Scott and his team are simply awesome. Our water line to the refrigerator sprung a leak and we did not discover it for some time which resulted in our basement and our many storage boxes becoming soaked. Scott arrived within 90 minutes and they stayed until 1 am making sure every wet box was re packed, They installed numerous air movers and removed all the old damaged boxes. Scott was right back early the next morning to finish the device installation. I cant imagine better or more professional service. My wife and I are retired and it would have been impossible for us to do this ourselves. Thanks to a true professional business who give 110% to their customers!
