I had a tire with a slow leak until it was about flat. On my break, drove directly across the street and within minutes a kind employee was at my window and could see the issue. He added air at NO CHARGE, found the problem (nail). I will be going back today to get the tire repaired with a patch. Would recommend this place to anyone who needs help!!!

I cant say enough about the guys at Shadden tire co. I came rolling up with my travel trailer about 5 minutes before closing with a flat tire they met me in the parking lot directed me where to park had a couple guys change the tire and back on the road in no time. Since then Ive had to have 2 tires replaced on my van they had me in and out quick as a whistle and the thing that made it impressive is the size tire is an off size and nobody stocks them but sure enough he found them in the back and on the road again. The sales guy was no other than Tom Shadden they have more than earned my repeat business.

I like the shadden Tire Hospital thank you not charge as much try to get you for everything for example if I wanted to buy 4 Tire Cooper Cobra tires 2006 Chevy Impala SS I would be charged for example $400 thats including everything included that would be for example you know $100 per tire where is the other hand tires by Ruby Tuesdays restaurant other side of town I would be charged $800 $200 per tire for example but either way theyre courteous and everything they do professional I cant tell you what else is wrong if they are honest with you and to ask if they can go ahead and fix it or wait until you make your decision

Great company and great guy wade working there. Always been reliable I had a problem with them over torquing my lug nuts and when I got a flat and went to take the tire of the lug nuts broke clean off. I was pretty upset but within hours they fixed it at no cost even though the flat was not their fault. Never getting tires from anywhere else cant say enough good things thank you!

The people at shadden tire are great people. I bought some tires there with a wheel alignment got me in and took care of me. Bought road hazard glad I did took it up there they fixed immediately was on my way again. Thank you Shadden!

These folks at both locations are good to deal with...We buy our car tires from Shadden, and have had other car repairs done there..I recently had my Freightliner Semi allignment done at Shadden, and it was 100% spot on accurate..Ill be buying steer tires for my Semi from them in the next couple months when i need them..I would not hesitate to send friends, and family to them for their car care needs..

HORRIBLE!!! They say they can work on your vehicle that day or the next day and then when you get there 15 minutes later they say itll be a three week wait! They also dont check fluids like they say they do. And they gave my hubby back his truck with the tire incorrectly attached! It was wobbling as we were driving!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS. People there are so rude.

My girlfriend and I were traveling across the state and had a tire go flat. Needless to say after 30 minutes we had 2 new tires and were back on the road. Friendly, courteous, respectful and honest. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

This is the most wonderful place Ive ever been to as far as service I moved here in town two weeks ago and havent got work yet and I had $100 left to my name well I just got married for the first time in my life and my wife is pregnant and I could spare $50 cuz I needed tires really bad on the car and they gave me four almost brand new tires for free and prayer Im a Christian and I believe in prayer and Ive never met anybody like this in my life I hope that God richly blesses Mr Chris and his family to the most and I hope Mr Chris has a blessed day

Shadden is the best place to take your car. They are honest and extremely pleasant to deal with. If they cant fix it they help you find someone who can. They did not even charge us for evaluation of a problem and sending us to someone who could help us. My whole family uses them now and its really great to have a mechanic you can trust. A rare gem!

Had a slow leak in one front tire a was installed By one of there workers after 2 months in had a slow leak. It was taken on and after I was told it had a nail and it was repaired and there was a $25. Bill for the repair. I have delt with Discount Tire 25 years many different stores, would had been charged for 4 new tires for a plug in a tire.

Im a truck driver called the day before I was gonna be home to see about getting a alignment on my semi. They told me if I could be there at 8am the next morning they could have me in and out. Dropped truck off at 8 they noticed my steer tire was getting some bad wear they looked into it more found it was a bad tire they had me a new tire on balanced and aligned with in 2 hours I was running some errands they told me not to rush to take as long as I need. Great people and very good at what they do truck drives like a dream

My expectations were reviewed twice with Wade, the write up person.Vehicle is a 2012 Ford Edge. Bought in Fall of 2011, so 8 years old.Reason for visit...4 new Michelin Tires. Front end alignment. New tire stems. New batteries in TPMS. Miles on vehicle 62K.I was allowed to inspect the new tires, off the rim, as I requested. +I was told I had a leaking Front Drivers Side Strut, and that I needed new struts. Someone at Shadden had sprayed penetrating oil on the strut assembly. Oldest trick in the book. I did not fall for it. Strike One.I had asked twice for new valve stems....Not installed as requested. Strike Two.I asked twice for new batteries in the TPMS....Not installed. Strike three.Preying on the ignorance of customers is not a good business practice.Im a automotive engineer and their rip off ploy did not work on me.....Use extreme caution with this shop!

I am not a resident of Crossville, but when my car broke down on one of my visits this was the place I was recommended to. I was hesitant since Id never done business with them before but I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. When my car was towed here the garage was full so obviously it wasnt done the same day. However, the next day I received a call explaining exactly what was wrong with my car, how it was to fix it, and an approximation of when it would be done. Was told it would be the next day, no big deal but I left my work clothes in my car so I got a ride back to the shop and as I pulled in they were pulling my car around, completely finished. A very pleasant surprise given the severity of the work it needed. If I ever need car help in Crossville again, I will not hesitate to come back here!
