I really like the car but guy failed to mention a small problem in it that I had to get fixed. But it still worked out to a decent value decently priced with the fix and initial pricing. Maybe he didnt know. They seem like good people nonetheless.

Had talked to William for several days about a vehicle we were interested in that they had. We are from the Nashville area so it would be a 2 hr drive to crossville for us. We told him we would leave early in the morning since it was a 2 hr drive and he states that he wouldn’t be available until 2 or 3 that afternoon. We started on our way to crossville , This guy knew we wanted the car and even sent me pics of some lights that were currently on and then 10 min later sent me a message saying “sold”. Apparently his “wife sold it earlier that morning” without him knowing! So it was wasted gas and wasted trip for us. I’ve never dealt with something so unprofessional. I Have yet to receive an apology or a response for that matter. So buyers be aware of this very unprofessional place. When owning a business honesty and reliability are something that should be held to a high standard and this is something that this business is lacking.
