Pattersons supplied all of our appliances in our new home. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in selecting our new appliances. They stored our appliances during the build process, and worked with our builder to deliver them on time and in great condition. Installation was easy, and the delivery crew spent additional time with us to make sure we were comfortable with the operation of all of the appliances. Their prices were very competitive, we elected to support our local businesses rather than the big box stores.I highly recommend Pattersons for all of your home appliance needs, you just cant go wrong with shopping locally!

Ordered a dishwasher and was told it would take 2 mo to get. Delivery was to be on January 29. They called on the 28 and said they would be here between 9-11. At 11:30 they called and said that we would not be getting it as scheduled. Evidently there were 3 people who ordered same one. We were the second to order, but they delivered ours to the third person on list. Told Thomas that if we don’t get it today we are canceling order and getting money back. Will never buy from them again. We are getting new washer and dryer, definitely will go somewhere else.

Stopped by to find a refrigerator. Greeted as soon as I walked in. Super friendly staff. Took the time to find me exactly what I was looking for, with a great price. They delivered with no issues. The two guys that came, were very professional. Took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied before they left. I highly recommend Pattersons for any appliance that your needing. Will be back for my next purchase. Thank you guys!!

Dont suggest purchasing from Pattersons. I purchased i fridge from them when I purchased this fridge the salesman said if I buy the extended warranty from they they send a service person out once a year to just service the fridge. False that did not happen and when the ice maker stopped working is when I found that out. Been little over a month and ice maker still not working they made a call that they where coming out to fix because they had the parts in well on his way called and said he was not coming today. Not happy with my experience with Patyersons I made arrangements around my work schedule is pattersons going to pay for my time off now that I took to be here and them not show up?

Good variety of appliances at a very good price.

Bought a refrigerator back in September. They had to order a handle for the freezer drawer and with covid it had affected production so they said it would be a little longer to get it. Now after numerous calls over the past 5 months it somehow finally came in. Found out they had just reordered it 2 weeks ago when I had last called. I wont buy from the Crossville Patterson location again thats for sure.

Very knowledgeable people and fix everyday problems that arise. Delivery guys are responsible and on schedule. They all respect the customer and help very well.

Walked in the door expecting to buy appliances , it took salesman 2 min. to lie to me about why there was a delivery charge. Thing was I only asked the amount of delivery charge and he started luring about Home owners insurance and laws that does not exist. Then he started explaining that the big chain stores free delivery really wasnt free. Wow. That dude was a liability for that business. I said thank you and left.

Local store, family owned, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful staff. Made purchasing a dishwasher and refrigerator a pleasant experience. And the prices were competitive to mega chain stores. Shop local ! It keeps the dollars in the community.

We bought a washer and dryer set from Pattersons back in early March, in anticipation of our move to Crossville. They kept it in storage safe and sound for us and delivered it today, May 19th. The two young men who delivered the appliances really knew what they were doing, and had the units assembled onto pedestals, moved into the house, and set up, all within an hour. They were both very professional and very personable, and we wanted to extend a big THANK YOU to Pattersons for choosing to employ young men of their caliber!

Very attentive and knowledgeable staff, especially Josh! Prices were very reasonable and they had just what we needed - they had a large selection. Delivery went very smoothly, kudos to Hunter, Burt and Dustin! Follow up visit to the store was great, too! We would definitely recommend Pattersons Home Appliances to our neighbors.

Brand new washer and dryer. Havent worked correctly since installed. Asked for them to be returned or repaired. Waited three weeks for a repair person to contact me, still nothing. Called to return them and suddenly no one knows how to do that. Keep pushing it off to the next person and the next. Still no refund and an expensive set of paperweights. Worst place ever. Save your money, go somewhere else.

We just purchased all new appliances, and we did our homework. Went to Patterson and the staff was very knowledgeable about the products,and nice to work with. Got them all delivered and set up in one day! However when they unwrapped the refrigerator,the water line was broken,and within an hour we had another new one. We are truly happy with our decision to shop here.

Pattersons is a new extension of an appliance store thats been in business since 1965. The staff is very friendly and they have the best prices in town. They are a Whirlpool distributor and they service their appliances. We get all of our appliances from them. We wouldnt even consider going anywhere else.

Great place to get appliance parts and service,if they dont have it,they will find it! They also sell appliances at a good price. Very friendly staff that work hard for you. Will be back many times in the future and refer others.

Patterson’s has a friendly staff and the right parts when you need them and that’s important to me . I didn’t have to wait for days for my parts to come in .They had it there and I was up and running in a few hours when I completed the repairs .I will always count Patterson’s when I need anything. 👍
