Another excellent experience! Left my motorhome (Ford 450 engine) for regular maintenance, plus a ‘squeak’. The squeak was researched and remedied with new parts. Let me tell you a little something. This was easily the best auto repair/auto anything experience iv ever had. Steve was super helpful. He took as much time as I needed him to to tell me what was going on and my options and what not. The guys a gem. They are very transparent in cost and what is going on. Whatever computer program they use lets you know exactly what is going on and allows you to manually let them know if its okay to proceed. They dont secretly do things like many other places. Couldnt be happier with the experience I had. Do not use this shop! I brought my truck to them because it had a problem with the engine and I thought it was the oil. They charged me 500 dollars for an oil change, which is fine. But then after telling them I did not want my engine power washed they did not power wash it and charged me! Then let me drive off their outwith a huge knock in my engine when they could have said donot drive this truck! The truck died not even a mile after driving it off their lot.

Problem with tire loosing air, oil change and completely check car

I highly recommend Ultimate Auto, Truck & Equipment for any auto repair/maintenance service. Greg and his team were referred to me from a mutual friend and they did not disappoint. My car has been serviced by them for over a year now and I could not be more pleased. For years I had searched for a reliable, trustworthy shop all to be disappointed by dealerships and a major chain repair shop.I first came in to get a second opinion on a repair that I was urged and quoted by a major chain shop as needing to be repaired right away. Phil, who is wonderful, knowledgeable and manages the service team, explained in detail the condition of my radiator by pulling out a sample one and actually helped me to understand with ease the issue I was facing and signs to look for that would indicate the radiator was in need of immediate repair. Fast forward over a year, I was able to replace the radiator much later than quoted by the major chain shop and from a team that I knew had my back and invested time in making sure I was educated.My car continues to get regular maintenance work (oil changes etc) from this shop and runs perfectly. Greg, Phil and team have been professional, reliable and most importantly, trustworthy in their work and dealings. I could not have asked for a better Auto Shop and am grateful they were recommended to me.

Ultimate Auto exceeded my expectations. I was originally referred by a good friend and I was not disappointed with the quality and care that I received (even during the time of COVID). Not only did they properly diagnose my vehicle issues(there were more than a few), but Steve kept me up to date on every step through phone calls and a convenient online portal that let me accept or decline recommended services at my discretion. This was huge for me because I like to do whatever work I’m capable of on my vehicle. I had an aftermarket EGR valve that was up as the last repair and being the professionals that they are, they systematically tried a couple of possible resolutions before landing on needing a ford factory EGR to resolve the issue. I have always been very satisfied with the work on my car! When checking out my request for work, they notify me if other repairs are needed and let me know if they need to be done sooner or later. They always answer my questions so I can understand what is needed and why. I really dont trust anyone else with my vehicle!

I just started using Ultimate to service our Chevy Express Coachmen Class C RV. Everyone that I interacted with at Ultimate was very professional and courteous. The work was done when they said it would be, for a reasonable price and the RV is running great. They made some recommendations for work I could get done but not in a pushy way. All in all a great first impression!!

Ultimate Auto has been the only place that I go when I need auto repair service. They are pleasant, accommodating, knowledgeable, and fair. We drive from Killingworth to Cromwell just for theses guys. They have the whole package. A plus customer care, very pleasant and thorough. Very competent and able to fix what is wrong and not what is not. And knowledgeable, I trust them implicitly.

Weve been taking our 8 year old (new to us) RV motorhome to the dealer where we purchased it whenever we had a problem. They kept it for two weeks every time. This isnt a camp-friendly situation. When there is a problem we want professionals who will determine what it is, fix it in a timely fashion, and get it back to us so we can use it! And heres a thought, if there may be other issues brewing, let us know the level of risk so we can decide when to make an appointment. We dont want problems, but when we have them we want a positive outcome like the one we recently experienced with Ultimate Auto, Truck & Equipment. Guess where this post is coming from? A campground! I called for a routine tire service appointment and bulb replacements on short notice. They fit me in due to an opening and they found a rim problem that was from a pot hole I encountered. The one rim was in bad shape, I was offered options, repaired the rim in a timely manner and at a good price. Overall very satisfied with the service and the service team staff.

My Nissan Murano is basically falling apart, and without Ultimate Auto, I dont think that the car would still be running. I have taken the car to other dealerships that kind of guessed at the problems plaguing my poor car, which ends up with thousands of dollars being spent to have the car come back in the same condition. Ultimate Auto was very honest with their repairs, presented multiple options for me to choose from, and were adamant about finding me the best deal on parts. I will use this service again for all my auto needs.
