Had issues with vehicle, thought about taking it to a dealership figuring they would have the parts on hand to get the job done. My brother recommended this place and I’m glad he did. These guys are quiet, competent professionals. They were quick, honest, and reliable. No BS, just tell you what needs to be done and when they can have it completed. No up-charging or pressure. Definite recommend and I’ll be taking my other vehicles there when they need work done.

Have had 2 cars inspected and worked on at Bradys. We needed quite a few repairs done to pass Maryland inspection, but they were normal things that we expected to have to take care of. Everyone we interacted with was friendly. Will be using them again in the future if I need any car repairs!

Took my Jeep in at 1100 and they diagnosed the issue, got the parts and had the issue fixed by the afternoon. Very professional and good communication about the status throughout the day.

Expensive, and told me what my problem was on my vehicle they said it was transmission I said really thanks! Then told them it was new and been recorded of every maintenance done to trans by dealer . so yea seemed like they were fishing for work or didnt know ! Meh .

Excellent service. Had a very slow tire leak. In and out in twenty minutes (had a nail in the tire) and price was super reasonable. Will 100% come back again!

Think I got robbed by this place, recommend avoiding...Took my car in as it appeared I had a coolant leak, they told me it was the water pump and charged me around $500 to replace it. I noticed more fluid pooling under my car after the repair and took it back in, they said it was just my AC and not to worry about it. After moving to another state not too long afterwards, I noticed my coolant reservoir getting lower frequently and took my car in to another mechanic who said the water pump is leaking and needs to be replaced for about $500 so this is costing me twice as much as what it should have cost to have fixed. Doesnt smell right to me.

Called, they said hello, Brady auto. I asked about Md state inspection. They hung up on me without saying a word.

My family has known the Bradys for years. They are all great people, especially Michael Brady (owner). I can always trust anything that he tells me ... Something that Im usuallyvhesitate about when its regarding an apparent necessary repair. But if this shop says its necessary, I know that I should actually get it done.*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*I would like to personally say something to this one person in particular on here that gave Bradys a bad review. Complaining about how they didnt even know what type of oil they usually put in their own Acura TSX, so Bradys gave them an estimated oil change cost of $72. Hate to break it to you, but Ive had an Acura TL and now an Acura TSX.... I always put synthetic in it. And yes, it does cost more. But its in the best interest of your car. You should never regularly use synthetic oil and then randomly downgrade to regular.... You will damage the car! But you can always upgrade from regular to synthetic with nothing but better performance. So actually, bradys was doing YOU the favor by not taking a chance of screwing your car up since your too oblivious to know what its used to having. Thats your own fault!!!! It had nothing to do with ripping you off.But in all honesty....Were you REALLY putting regular oil into that car for every single oil change?!?HAHA. Glad you did that. You deserve the lack of performance and unreliability as a result of your stupidity. Thank goodness you went elsewhere.

Theyre not the cheapest game in town but they are By FAR the best! You get what you pay for. And for the dingbat who said they never paid 72.00 for synthetic oil... youre lying (unless your dealership where you purchased your vehicle gave you free oil changes). Or maybe you dont know the difference between regular and synthetic oil.

They told us it would be $700 to get our car repaired. We got billed over $2100 in the end. They werent honest.
