Fantastic hotel. Very clean. Staff very courteous. Makes your stay pleasurable

Hot showers and very clean rooms. Staff was polite and informative although the check in clerk was a bit stiff. TV, fridge and other amenities work and are relatively new. Dont need the eye stinging teaberry shampoo.

Positive: It was clean. The breakfast was reasonable. Negative: The breakfast process was too rigid. For example, I didnt want a granola bar or a fruit but I could not substitute for milk and water.

Friendly staff. This is an older hotel but I was impressed by how clean it was. I know the industry is very hard pressed for employees and housekeeping is the most important part of the hotel. They passed all my room checks I do when I enter the room. Definitely made my visit easier.

For the price, its a nice and clean hotel. The staff for 2 of our 3 day stay were nice and accommodating. Our finally morning, a Monday, the front desk worker who was attending the grab and go breakfast counter was very rude as I was asking for our breakfast. Due to COVID we received no housekeeping which is inconvenient. The in room trash can is tiny and there are no bags so we were having to find our own bags and carry trash to the outside cans often. Getting clean towels was also a nightmare. We put our dirty towels out at 8PM after being told they would be replaced with clean before morning. Come morning, dirty towels were gone with no clean ones leaving us no towels in the room right as we needed to get ready for the day. Calls to housekeeping went unanswered. Front desk said they would send some shortly, after 45 minutes and no towels we were told we would have to walk to the front desk to get more towels. This is a large hotel so front desk was like a 10 minute walk each way. Had we received regular housekeeping, I would say 5 stars.

Worst service I have ever seen. Insanely rude the entire time staying. While ordering our breakfast the lady work said can’t you see there’s people behind you waiting. We had 5 people and were reading the menu at this point. The entire time they were making rude comments to our whole family. The hotel is not worth it. We had relatives staying there for a family event. We were all very pleased with the size and cleanliness of the room as well as the hotel itself.

So, I had friends from Nashville that needed a get-a-way but had very real concerns about traveling during a pandemic. I suggested the Courtyard in Creve Coeur because I was confident the protocals in place would be taken seriously and would be sufficient. The hotel did not let us down. Every precaution is taken to ensure the safety of staff and guests and they had no doubts once they checked in. The hotel is SPOTLESS. They were also stunned that unlike Nashville, EVERYONE in St. Louis wears a mask, wherever they went, people were masked up and following guidelines. Highly recommend if you need a clean and safe place to stay in St. Louis.

Absolute worst customer service!! I came from 4 hours away for a 2 year olds birthday. I went to the lobby to get a drink and they told me I need a mask to be in the lobby and when I told her that I don’t own one she said “then I can’t check you out” and walked away. I live in Indiana where the mask mandate was lifted. I understand it hasn’t here but it was very rude. So now I have to leave my hotel to get a drink when I was in my pjs.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and have plenty of room with good amenities. The hotel staff practice very safe policies for COVID-19. The hotel is just off the interstate but far away from any road noise.My only complaint is the bed was not the most comfortable but I am comparing it to my expensive memory foam mattress at home. Ive stayed in close to 100 Marriott properties. The staff at this facility was by far the rudest I have encountered in many years as a business traveler. Literally any of the other properties in this area would be a better choice.

For the price, this was a nice little getaway for the night. The bed was super, super comfy. We stayed in a suite and it was refreshing to have so much room. With all the craziness going on, the staff was extremely helpful and did everything to make the stay a pleasant one. One drawback was the pool, the website listed it as open, but with restrictions. My husband and i were looking forward to just relaxing for a bit in the pool only to find that it was closed. While it was disappointing, it is understandable given the current situation with the pandemic. Instead, we relaxed for a bit on our little patio, went out for a nice dinner, and then watched a movie as they had various streaming apps available - just know your password and logout before you leave.

We arrived around 230pm and our rooms were not ready. The rep advised it would be a half hour longer. We waited for an hour and watched as five people were checked in before us. We had a double queen, and they may have had a king, but we were on the road traveling all day and didnt care at this point. After an hour of waiting, the rep checked us in a gave us an upgrade. We were grateful. The suite was bigger than the other rooms, but smaller than average suites. Room had a balcony that overlooked the courtyard, which was a plus. Room didnt have enough towels and when we called to front desk to ask for more, we were told we had to come down to the front desk, which was like a ten minute walk. Overall, not bad. Customer service was good, just appeared they were not ready for the weekend crowd! Oh, most rooms DO NOT have microwaves. You have to go to the lobby to use the community microwave!

Aged and a want to be remodel. This property shows its charm. The bbqs in the community area werent working. The bathrooms dont have a fan in them. I Can say this property is aging and the inside of the rooms feels aged and dark

The room was like heaven! Clean room, fresh white towels, bathroom spotless and new, and last but not least the bed was so comfortable and plush! I could sleep forever. Felt like home. Everything was pleasant! Hallways tidy. Thank you so much! Will be returning for my next visit in St.Louis!

Got the suite for my kids and i on a visit...check in is at 3, i had to wait until 4:45ish after my long drive with kids😑 &i booked for the pool, well the pool is not opened 😒luckily i have something planned for my kids for sunday. Wasted a Saturday. My lesson for future, call and double make sure the pool is opened before booking.

We really enjoyed our stay at Courtyard! The front desk was efficient and very friendly.I was so scared of the Covid but felt the Courtyard room was clean and felt comfortable with their sanitation.I would recommend the Courtyard to everyone.

I spent four nights here as well as utilizing the conference room for two days. Everyone here was super helpful and friendly. They definitely made my stay enjoyable and the hotel was super nice and very aesthetically pleasing.The Sales staff was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well as the front desk.Whenever I travel to St. Louis again, I will definitely be back.

Last stop on our way home from Florida. They have a full service bar, decent food and we did not have to find a place for dinner. Also, unlike other Courtyards I’ve stayed in the breakfast offerings were more than wraps and pastries. We were able to have eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast and the price was reasonable which saved us another stop on the way home.

As a business traveler and loyal Marriott Member I always make it a point to stay at these properties. One advantage is receiving points to use on my personal time. My last visit was to Courtyard - Creve Coeur for a personal trip with my daughter. This was her getaway to Six Flags for her birthday. Hotel and staff were all very nice but the roof was being repaired/replaced starting at 7:30am our first morning waking up. They were tearing apart the shingles directly above our room and making tons of noise which scared my 8yr old daughter. The next morning it happened again only much louder this time. Large/heavy shingle packs were being dropped on the roof above us with multiple workers walking back and forth. Made it impossible to sleep and again scared my daughter awake. I understand the need to repair hotels but I wouldve appreciated a heads up before receiving our room selection. Also - there were no signs to be found on the property as to what was happening, just large equipment in the parking lot. I will avoid this property going forward

This is a very nice property for a short comfortable stay. It is evident that customer satisfaction is the focus of the staff. We were treated exceptionally well. Noticing that both of their guests used canes, a first floor room was found for us. The location of the hotel is at a busy intersection, but traffic noise is not a concern. Located behind the hotel is are restaurants, a grocery store, etc. A gas station is also across the street. All very convenient for out of town guests. The desk clerks also provided a very comprehensive listing of restaurants that are within 5 miles or less of the hotel. Included on the list are the restaurants telephone numbers and hours of operation.

We needed an early check in and they were waiting for us to arrive even though we got there an hour early. They were extremely professional at their jobs. The hotel room and bathroom met my OCD expectations. The balcony was a joy to have to let the wonderful warm spring day in. We liked the personalization of our stay and hotel info posted on our tv and we did enjoy having a guide on the tv for the channels available. There was plenty of parking and the pool and whirlpool was nice after our long day. We loved being so close to anything we needed while away from home. We will definitely stay there next time we are in town and will suggest this hotel to all our family who travels to St. Louis.

This place was awesome! The customer service was great! They had a coffee bar that sold Starbucks!! Talk about winning-I love Coffee!They have breakfast but its not complimentary you have to the purchase food. The facility was really nice and cozy, they also had a good pool.

Staff has been very friendly. Rooms were clean and quiet. TVs in rooms were decent size and quality. Overall I am impressed. Mini fridge left a little to be desired but it wasnt bad. I would definitely stay again.

It is our privilege to frequent the Marriott Courtyard in Creve Coeur, Missouri several times a year. Not only is this a well maintained classic Courtyard property, the staff at this hotel is 2nd to none. They are always cheerful and welcoming and above and beyond when it comes to their guests needs. If you find yourself in St Louis for any reason we highly recommend the Courtyard Creve Coeur.

Room was very small and no microwave and the price was high. I stayed in room 116.

Very clean and quiet property! They are updating the roof. Very respectful workers. Staff was awesome! We didnt eat there but it has a wonderful court yard! Fire pit with a lot of comfy seating, lounge chairs, umbrella tables.. Theres an indoor pool and hot tub! Fitness room. They charge for breakfast and it had bad reviews so I hit McDonalds a couple blocks away. The room we had was a king with a sofa. I had read a review about where the tv sat being an issue for viewing.. The tv isnt bolted down and sits on the table so you are able to position it anywhere the cords allow. Even with the hotel full you couldnt really tell on a Saturday night. Everyone was chill and respectful. Didnt hear kids making noise anywhere.. Very relaxing. Arch, Science Center, Grants Farm and the Zoo are about 20 min from Hotel. Worth the drive! I will totally book at this hotel again! Thank you STAFF for keeping it clean and pleasant! You are appreciated!

It was a nice stay, comfortable beds aware of current issues.

The hotel is clean and well kept. Love the bar, the pool and the hot tub. The Courtyard area is nice to sit and relax in. Rooms are just the right size and clean and comfortable. Walking distance to a bunch of great little restaurants. I have stayed here at least 10-15 times and dont stay anywhere else when I come to the area.

Nice and comfortable bed and room. The Bistro is helpful if you dont want to leave the hotel to eat, but its expensive. They dont have free coffee in the lobby.

We recently stayed for 5 nights. The location was optimal! The entire experience was very pleasant, from the decor, the friendly staff, to the hot tub. We plan to return to St. Louis in 2 weeks, possibly at the exact same hotel.. Thanks Marriott Creve Coeur!

Great Place.

Easy check in and workers were quick and able to explain where my room was located in a timely manner. Came here last year and the service was excellent just like before. I love being able to hook my phone to the tv and watch Netflix.

Overall I had a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, beautiful, and mine in particular had an exit to the courtyard, which was awesome! The courtyard is a beautiful space that was well suited for the pictures that I needed. The rooms have beautiful natural light coming in. Although they had certain areas under construction, the lobby was still an inviting space and the cafe was good. A great value for the money paid.

The hotel is in a nice area with alot of food choices. The room was very clean and in great shape. The staff was very kind and helpful especially the lady at the front desk Tess. This was the first time we choose this hotel for the out of towners for our annual family gathering...and it quickly became our favorite! Well definitely stay here again next year. All of us had courtyard rooms, and spent a lot of time out there, as it was the perfect gathering place. The heat brought some indoors, and theres another area beside the lobby that was wonderful. Good towels and good bedding make for a comfy stay. All staff from sales director to front desk were fantastic. Well be back in 2019!!

This particular Marriott Courtyard hasnt been updated in the 15 years in which we have intermittently been staying here. It has in fact stopped offering amenities such as including breakfast with stay, and cosmetics in the rooms. On the plus side, it is clean and serviceable. It just hasnt kept up with similar types of properties in other brands. We only stay there while in St. Louis due to its proximity to family.

The hotel was nice. The breakfast at the hotel was very good and the service was great. The pool looked nice although we did not get an opportunity to use it. The room had two queen beds but was a little tight. Would have been nice to have a little more room. It was an average room. We were not at the hotel much as we were there visiting relatives but our brief time there was good. The beds were very comfortable and the internet service was good (except in the breakfast area). Overall a very good experience and would stay here again.

Great overall experience. We got to check in early and spent the day around St, Louis. We came back and enjoyed the swimming pool. We ordered pizzas and the front desk staff escorted the pizza delivery guy to us in the pool. We ate in our rooms. The beds are comfortable and the kids slept on the couch bed. The next morning we ate the delicious breakfast in the hotel and the kids played in the courtyard before our trip home... The price was very reasonable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were nice. We will be back.

This hotel is comfortable and safe. The lobby has a paid food that is open 24 hours a day so one is never hungry. The lobby has great sitting areas for privacy or to watch TV. The rooms are large with room to move around. Beds are perfect and the pillows are the best from any hotel! Despite being near a busy road, the hotel is quiet and easy to get a good nights sleep. Great place to stay!

Room was very clean and comfortable, though air conditioner took a long time to adjust temperature (it was during a hot few days,so maybe that affected its performance). Pool was nice. Lobby and courtyard were very pleasant. My only complaint is that there was no free breakfast. I didnt even know there were still hotels without free breakfast.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price. The room was nice, clean, and had all of the comforts. The lobby had a nice bar/coffee shop. For the nightly price it was a nice stay. HBO and Showtime streaming was free so I watched a movie. Some of my colleagues said they heard sirens from a nearby fire station. It didnt bother me, but light sleepers may need ear plugs.

The beds and pillows are the most comfortable I’ve ever had and hotel. The bathroom is new and the furniture is in modern and in good condition. I love the layout and had a room facing the courtyard. Two friends and I had to stay overnight because we got snowed in at work. Check in was fast and smooth. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!!

My stay at this location like always is relaxing. Sue the front desk attendant always makes me feel at home. Her warm smile and hug is just a delight. I recently stayed at this location to get away from home and have a relaxing swim. My children really enjoyed it. We were surprised to see the BBQ grill, not many Courtyards have those. With the grocery store conviently up the road we had a great little BBQ. I will continue to choose this location for the smiles and hugs, comfy beds and great service.

The hotel was out of king bed rooms when I arrived, but the two queen beds in the room worked just fine, since I was alone. The roll out table/desk worked well since I had some work to do during my stay, and the surface provided worked out well. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I enjoyed being at this location. It was convenient to where my clients facilities are located, and with a little bit of following my GPS I found the hotel without a lot of trouble.

When I booked this hotel I was doing so in the hunt for two things, a hot tub/spa and hot breakfast. While it was an additional fee to have the hot breakfast included with the room, it was wonderful. To go along side this, the hotel staff was on point. My wife had asked for fresh towels at the front desk and the staff met her at the room with fresh towels. Far better than the hotel stay we had which had taken 18 hours for towels.

Fifth time with this property. We like it, as it is close to our Son and Daughter in-law and grand-kids in Olivette. I have traveled to 45 countries and various location in these countries and this is a comfortable hotel; albeit a little outdated (but fine). 1) The fitness center is (how should I say; this room feels like a sweat shop. The equipment is great, but the room and environment controls suck (no windows and temp. controls - 72F is not an deal temp. for running - try 66F. Note: I know this is standard layout for CY Marriotts, but you could do better). 2) Additionally, your morning Starbuck Service (is not to a Starbucks service standard - slow, slow and even slower). After the second time we decide to go the Starbuck on Olive Blvd.

I love this place! I feel right at home. I come here often and would live here if I could. Im always greeted by name. The rooms are beautiful and they make everything as convient as possible. Free laundry,a gym,pool,coffee,wonderful chef, and so much more. The only thing I wish they had was the food network channel. For some reason they dont have alot if channels. But, overall its a wonderful place.

This was our first time at Marriott and at Creve Coeur. We had an awesome experience. The hotel is one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. It is close to shopping and restaurants and is a short driving distance to downtown and other attractions in St. Louis. Very nice area. The room was just the right size and the bed was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back when we visit St. Louis again.

Was very disappointed with how keeping after my first night I came back to my room to find the room wasnt clean. I contacted the front desk, they informed me that they would notifiy the housekeeping supervisor and she will give me a call back. After moments passed realizing I never got a call back or reached out to the front desk again. Clerk stated she informed her supervisor who was on her way up to my room to discuss. They never happened , I went downstairs, the front desk clerk identified the supervisor working across the room in at Bistro . I went over to her to address my issue. Very nonchalantly the supervisor said well I was told the room was clean. I informed her that it wasnt., Asking she could send someone to clean my room she stated no because shes not fully staffed but she would come up give me some towels and take out the trash. I expressed my concern and her attitude to which she brushed off not even apologizing. She later came up to my room confirmed that the room had not been claimed. I never got an apology or anything from her. I was very dissatisfied on housekeeping along with the attitude of the supervisor who felt it was okay for her employee to lie about cleaning my room it She made no compensation or any attempts to rectify it. It speaks to the volume of whom that hotel puts and leadership in addition to not holding their staff accountable. I later found my sister who stayed at the same time and room 245 have the same experience her room was not cleaned either

Great price for a clean, enjoyable stay. Quality bistro food and drink selection, though a continental breakfast would be a plus. Rooms were clean and well appointed with plenty of outlets for phone/device chargers. I was able to hook up my game console directly to the 37 in-room TV via HDMI, though TV channel options were quite limited.Front desk service was very courteous, friendly and efficient.Overall an enjoyable stay, great price in a reasonably accessible neighborhood, would stay here again.

Weve been coming here for the past 4 years or so and it feels like home from the minute we check-in to the time we depart. The nice part is everyone seems genuinely happy to work here and that shows. The rooms are clean and spacious, the location is great, nice little workout room. We stay in a two-room suite and we dont have to break the bank! Well continue coming back year after year. These facilities were pretty Queen. The shampoo and conditioners are in containers in the shower which was very convenient. The fitness center could use a little more machines and weights, but it was still very usable. I believe it was only one floor so I had to walk quite far to my room, but overall very happy with my stay.

The hotel and staff were great overall. We didnt take advantage of too many extras or upgrades through the hotel. Really, the only things I didnt care for were the placement of the elevators/speed of the elevators and the size of the pool. There was very little room to move in their little pool because so many guests and their kids were hanging out in it. We decided to get out and just go see a movie. Overall, the hotel was nice. Id recommend it unless youre set on staying somewhere with a big empty pool
