Excellent service from initial phone call to completion. We called several companies because we needed our septic pumped immediately and Emerald was able to come out within an hour of taking our call. They exuded professional and courtesy and explained all that they were doing. Had to pay a small premium because of the time of service, late afternoon/evening, but it was worth it and they have now gained a loyal customer for the future.

Awesome service

Very satisfied with the service from ECWS! They were honest and very thorough in their work. They arrived an hour after reporting my issues and pointed out that the previous company (wont even bother stating their name) that pumped my tank didnt even bother to pump the solids side of my tank. ECWS pumped both sides of my septic tank removing all waste. They pointed out issues that I might want to keep an eye on and only charged me 350. If I continue to have any issues with my septic tank I will be calling them back for sure!
