I hated the entire time I was there

It was a nice place for me to start off at when I first moved to Florida.

Quiet and secure with laundry room on site accessible 24/7. As a single woman, I felt very safe and everyone was so polite.

Had a very positive living experience here. Very well maintained, management is friendly and has great communication and all inclusive is always a plus. I really enjoyed my time living here while in my transition to moving to FL. I would definitely recommend.

Never stayed just visited

My experience living at Green Gardens has been amazing. I moved in May 2016 its been peaceful, my neighbors are wonderful the property is well maintained. The landlord is there to please each and every individual thats there long or short term. The staff is fabulous. I could never feel more at home. Stayed here for 6 months and love it, I’m a travel nurse and this was an awesome deal, very quiet and clean place. The place offered all that I needed for my stay. Very convenient location. The owner is Awesome and very great at communicating with his tenants, I will definitely be back if I ever go back to crestview 🤗

Lovely, friendly, inviting place. I came here as an interim place to stay while waiting for my apartment to be ready, but actually am wishing I could stay longer, its so lovely here. You never know what to expect when finding a place online, and with as many positive reviews as this place has, you sometimes wonder if the reviews are even real... it certainly is with respect to Charlies Green Garden Apartments, absolutely, 100%. The gardens are lovely, roses, magnolia trees, sago palms, etc., then the birds and bird feeders, the lovely wraparound porches with roofs and chairs with tables outside the doors - which neighbors use and sit and chat with neighbors. You pull into the parking lot and the white buildings with green trim just look so inviting. I met the owner, who is very communicative - a plus always! Any needs will be obtained immediately by the on site property assistant, who is an absolute pleasure to have around, such a hard working wonderful young man, polite and willing to do anything to make your stay pleasant, as is the owner. They showed me to my studio, a large, lovely open room with incredibly high ceilings, a tidy, functional kitchenette which was fully stocked with everything I needed, and with a small stainless steel fridge. There was further a small bistro type table with two chairs, a tall dresser with a good size flat screen tv on it with basic cable, and a wardrobe. The bed was, I truly believe, made of marshmallows or cotton balls, or clouds straight from heaven, and covered with some really pretty pillows and bedding too. The bathroom was standard, nice standup shower, great water pressure, big mirror. Ceiling fan was nice, didnt need the air conditioner really. Very clean, very neatly decorated. Just a great place to stay, again, wishing I could stay longer. Highly recommended!!!! Thanks Charlie and Staff!!!!

Green Garden met my needs perfectly: somewhere to stay during the interval between selling my house and moving permanently. The apartment is in first-rate working order and super-clean. The appliances are new and high-quality. The manager/super, Bobby, is a no-BS guy who runs a tight ship, so that the whole complex stays in tip-top shape. The wi-fi works great, the furniture is comfortable, the laundry room is clean and in perfect working order, and the cable TV works well. This is everything I need in an intermediate-stay studio apartment.

Lived at Green Garden Apartments for a year while house being built. Neighborhood was quiet and safe with no issues. Excellent location close to grocery stores and restarants. Landscape and Apartments kept immaculate. Excellent premium HD TV Programming and High Speed Wifi. Thank You Green Garden Apartments!!!!!

Needed a place to stay quick and luckily ther was an empty place here. I have health issues and Charlie and the entire staff and most of the other tenants know this. So if any of them saw that I was trying to carry anything up or down the stairs they would come right over to help me. As soon as one of the downstairs places came available Charlie offered it to me because he knew the stairs were hard for me. In short both Charlie and his staff as well as the neighbors are very good people. Also the upkeep of the place is top notch. Also the grounds are very well taken care of.

Nice quite place to live. I stayed for around 10 months . Only reason for leaving was , got a job out of town. Owner and staff are friendly and helpful people.

My stay at Green Garden has been a pleasant experience. My wife and I were in the process of relocating to the area due to my job and I needed temporary accommodations. during my search for adequate housing, I came across the add on Craigslist. I have to admit that I was a little skeptical at first due to the reputation of Craigslist. Dont let that bother you, as communication and everything associated with my transaction was professional and as stated, no surprises. I arrived late on a Saturday afternoon and was greeted by one of the on site maintenance people and was set up in my apartment. The landlord and staff are very accommodating and the environment is peaceful, quiet, and clean. I would highly recommend the Green Garden to anyone needing short or long term residency.

We needed interm housing during our move and Green Garden fit the bill to a T! The apartment was clean and furnished with everything we needed for the stay. Charlie was very accommodating and the staff was extremely helpful. The onsite laundry facilities were optimal for that singular suitcase of clothing I packed as well!!

Its been great here nice having others around a sure place to be if ur in town for a few weeks or months or longer very clean and nice come check it out .

I rate it at 4.7. The owner is easy to talk to and hes very fair, friendly and understanding and u can tell he takes a lot of pride in keeping those apartments nice and the outside grounds nice too. I was there for 7 months and Ive never had a landlord be so quick to respond to maintenance issues the way he does. I would mention to him in passing that the faucet started seaping in the kitchen and within 10 mins he had his maintenance guys in there looking at it and bought and replaced it the next day. He makes sure to make your stay there as pleasant as possible and thats something very hard to find in a landlord these days. I would give it a 5⭐️ rating no doubt about it cause he puts a lot of work in to making your stay as nice as he possibly can, but I feel that if Im not completely honest about everything than why would the person reading this believe any of my review. The only issue I had was during my last 2 months there, and it was a minor issue with privacy and being able to hear your neighbors snoring or their conversations at night. But again maintenance was in the apartment the day we were doing our final cleaning, putting sound barrier in the walls to eliminate future issues. The apartments, the owner, and his 2 maintenance men deserve a perfect rating for their continuous hard work and dedication in keeping the place beautiful but I cant think of anything in this world thats perfect, and I didnt keep things honest to criticize or give anybody any bad vibes about the place, because I know from experience that most owners (landlords) only worry about 2 things and thats collecting your money at the beginning of the month and avoid having to invest any of that money back into the apartments the best they can. I would highly recommend these apartments, they really do an awesome job making your stay as pleasant as they possibly can, if in my future I find myself living in the Crestview area again, calling this landlord to check for any available apartments will be the first call I make. 👍👍👌
