Their voice system doesnt even realize when you press a button number and it overtalks. Everything else seems alright though. Have never actually had a problem at this location...

Went this past Thurs for labs. Lab tech was very rude, made me feel unwelcome. He was already late back from lunch. Beyond the worst attitude! Not professional at all. Did I mention cleanliness? Dirty place! Not sanitized what so ever!

Only 1 person working at a time here. Management should be fired.

Is there one person working here?? I sat and waited over 30 min before I had to leave. So now I’m back a second time, again waiting. They don’t have anyone at the front desk and one tech. Horrible service.

First off i had an appointment and didnt get to go back for my blood work for about half hour after my scheduled time. it was rather dirty for a medical facility. i seen a tray next to the blood drawing seat with bandage stuff in it and the elastic things to squeeze the arm. the tray was diry and had dust in it which made me really uneasy. there was a used alcohol pad on the floor. there was some needle covers that were off and in the organizer with the unused needles still. that definately made me uncomfortable. a glove on the floor next to the bio trash bin. the lab tech was grabbing the needles and the tubes with bare hands and not using gloves till the actual poking. definately not what i like to see happen with me having severe germ phobia ocd. the staff didnt seem overly friendly and seemed to do more of the bare minimum of talking. i was getting such severe anxiety looking around at the blood drawing part with all the uncleanliness i was seeing waiting to get my lab work done that i was tempted to run out of there as fast as i could. but i tried to keep my cool and wait. with needles being handled with bare hands and dirty supply tray next to me i hope i dont catch anything from my visit there. im not sure how clean things actually get between each client but i was extremely uncomfortable and absolutely did not wanna sit in that eat and fet sick and scared putting my arm on the thing to get my blood work done. definately gonna get a test done with quest diagnostics in the next 4-6 weeks to make sure i didnt catch anything from the shady looking people i seen in the waiting room that went in before me.

The techs I have had do far have always professional and friendly. As well as a short waiting time to be seen.

Internet says open until 4:30 pm, but sign on the door said open until 3 pm. Arrived at 4 pm. What a waste of time! Hope their service turns out better than their ability to post accurate hours online!

Rude. Made me feel unwelcomed. I made an appointment online to arrive on time and hear this women tell me that they dont even look at it and that I had to come back later because her lunch was more important than the time I set aside from my day. I made an appointment for a reason.

Went their today for lab work .Justin the lab technician had me in and out of there in a flash and did it all with a great attitude and smile on his face. .Wonderful, fast and friendly service..

Blood work was simple and easy.They do not talk and are rude. I waited for 15 mins at the window to even be seen.Also, they NEVER answer the phone when you need blood work faxed to your other doctors.

I would give no Stars if it were possible!! I literally have been calling for 2 weeks leaving messages trying to find out about a certain test and I still havent gotten a return phone call. Not to mention Ive never actually gotten anyone to answer the phone either.💯

Super friendly staff! My 1 year old had to get blood work. We were seen before our scheduled appt and they were in and out! One stick and super gentle. My son didnt even cry!

After a weeks wait for lab work they did not sent it to My Doctor, for an MRI. I went to my appointment just to be told they did not have the lab work and I had to call LabCorp. After 45 minutes on the phone being passed from one recording to another and getting passed from one person to another and then back to the original recording they cut me off. Now I have to go to their office and reschedule my Dr. Appointment and my MRI. We will now drive 30 miles to a different lab. And refuse to pay any bill from them. Try listening to you own recordings for quality assurance. How long will this review be left on before they remove it..

Very friendly and helpful staff. They were great and patient with my scared 5 year. The wait was not long at all either. Highly recommend.

Giving two stars for quick and painless blood work...otherwise they would have gotten zero stars. The place was filthy and garbage cans were overflowing, chairs needed to be wiped down and floors mopped. Could not believe I was in a medical facility. When I mentioned the condition of the office, the employee stated that their cleaning crew had not shown up on Friday. Ok well its now Tuesday, would it kill them to at least make it look clean? Im guessing the employees are incapable of emptying a trashcan or wiping a counter. This is a medical facility people!!!!! Horrifying.

Online hours showed open until 4:30 pm so I got there around 4:10, but they were closed. Ridiculous! I would have asked my doctor to send the orders to Quest if I had known how early Labcorp closed.

Unprofessional staff and very rude. They lost my daughters lab work. I would not recommend this place at all. Go somewhere else if you can.

After waiting for almost an hour for someone to come to the counter I finally got to go in the back.
