The customer service is top notch! They have a very helpful staff. I recently stopped in to ask a few questions & get up updated info on the loan process. April was on deck to help in any way she could. She was very friendly, professional, and went out of her way to make sure I found the information I needed. I will be stopping by again real soon!

I had to wait outside for 30 mins. Because apparently they only allow one person in the store at a time. Upon finally entering the store I went to purchase a money order. I was told unfortunately that machine is down. They should have signs put up saying that or the rep should tell you that before telling you to wait outside for over a half an hour. Absolutely ridiculous and professional.

I really thought the ONLINE check into cash was going to be a convenient choice for me, until they called my home 4 days before the payment was to be debited, and spoke to my Husband and not me. this really violated my privacy. and I will never use the ONLINE method again.My local Crawfordsville store sends me a text reminder, which is acceptable to me, and all the girls in there are so helpful and nice to me, they even know my name when I walk in the door. So, this place is magic! Not David Copperfield magic, but definitely worth venturing into. The people alone are 100% the main reason I love going there. Plus, sometimes those Ashley Madison encounters require cash not cards, get with the times, jeez. As a person who has definitely been in some rather particular difficult situations, this place is the best back pocket secret you can have in a pinch. You dont even need a shylock on your case to use their services either, its amazing. If you do manage to stumble in there in the wee morning hours still covering in glitter with just 2 singles left, angel will and can help. She is one if the toughest but best professionals ever. Be warned though, make her mad, or break her rules, youll upset her. Which at that point, good luck. If you can cross a tranquilized grisly, and a t-rex, thats what youll get if you dont behave. I barely survived the thrashing, but never again. And I still am sorry about the whole midget party, and i learned my lesson. Despite all that, the workers still treat you with the utmost compassion and care, until its go time. I wish we could vote for their sainthood, as they do save my butt a lot. But also, you wont find a more caring counter of beauty elsewhere, and if you do, dont say it, cause theyll whoop ya.
