I have been using Time Plating for over 15 years, and have NEVER had a bad experience with them. If they quote you a specific date of shipping, it will be shipped that day or before. It doesn’t matter the size of the order, 10 pieces or 10,000 they have always gone above and beyond to make sure everything is as needed (even if the wrong finish has been requested). Since they are always dealing with different requirements, they are well versed in what the end customer (i.e. the department stores) is wanting for finish requirements. If they foresee any problems with the order, they are always prompt to bring it to our attention, so it can be rectified. Whatever the finish, micron gold plating, vermeil plating, silver e-coat, silver ultracoat, it doesn’t matter; you can be rest assured that you will get it as needed and in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Time Plating for any type of plating or finishing.
