They offer a plan that offers unlimited washes. They also offer free vacumm usage. Only issue is that even though they have signs posted about playing loud music during vacuuming, its not enforced. Lots of rap with vulgar language. They need to post signs in Spanish too. Maybe it would help to reduce the noncompliance?

Service and wash was good but I just didnt use my membership enough to justify it so I went on line to cancel it at end of june. Went in for a wash on Sept 19th and was told I was still on membership. In the office I go and was told that I should have received a confirmation when I canceled. To somewhat prove that I wasnt pulling a fast one I had them look up last time I was there. June14. Said there was nothing they could do? Now Im in till end of September. DisappointingSo make sure u go to the office to cancel!Not on website

Does not fully get my truck clean , Misses areas near the wheel well etc , for 20 bucks a pop I expect my truck to be fully clean ...dont bother , go to classic car wash instead

Great place been! Ive been using this car wash for the last 4 years for all of my cars! Though I was a bit disappointed that the price went up, and we can only use our flash pass at this one location :( but I guess as good as his place is it kind of makes it worth it! But overall great place great location great staff! Even though I am actually surprised they are not more reviews on the general manager, oh maybe Im one of the few who notices, I actually thought he was the owner because every time you go this man is working so hard from mulching to shoveling the snow, cleaning the windows( if you guys ever notice for being a car wash especially near the vacuum area it is always clean!) literally every time I go I see him always on the move doing something! Which is actually really impressive to me!! I think it definitely reflects on how great this location runs!

Monthly pass is $24.99 for up to two washes per day - pays for itself if you only wash your car twice a month. Car comes out nice and clean. Free self-serve vacuums too! The only downside is the long lines on sunny weekend days or after a snowstorm.

Great car wash, if you can get in. Theres often a line reaching out to the road, and no vacuum bays available. I also just learned that at closing time, they shut off all the vacuums, even if customers are still using them. I get it, they want to go home, but if there were any signs posted with this information (or the hours of operation), I would have done my vacuuming first, instead of leaving with a car thats clean on the outside, but still dirty on the inside.I encourage the business owners to post signs alerting customers to their business hours, and warning them that the vacuums are shut off at a certain time, with no exceptions.

Went for a car wash. $20 for an exterior wash, could have had my windows rugs and interior cleaned up the street for $5 more. Left the wash and had scratches everywhere on car. Scraped paint off my continental kit. Avoid at all costs. Also not brushless at all ignore reviews saying it is.

Its okay. Its unclear if the different price options actually do something different. The vacuums dont always suck hard enough (I know thats an awkward sentence, but its true). Also, watch out for other patrons. They dont wear their masks right and they might run you over in the parking lot.

Free vacs are often taken, must have too many paying customers. Car comes out clean and smelling good. Wish there was a detailing service or a discount at the Johnston affiliate. Price went up but its worth it especially if you can drive two cars at once.

Too many people using free vacuum, depriving customers with monthly subscription using the service. The car wash doesnt wash cars very well. I sometimes go the second time to get my car cleaned.

This is by far one of the best carwashes in the northeast. The place looks amazing and the staff is friendly and always helpful. The pricing is very affordable and their technology is ahead of their competitors. They even offer air compressors to really give your car that detail clean.

I paid for the top unlimited wash, about $30 monthly and all their wash did was scratch up my car in several places and even my windows. The service is terrible, and they don’t do anything about it. Don’t go to this business for a wash. Save your money for a better one or do it yourself.

Been using this car wash for months when it was Personal Touch. Im guessing the company branched out 2 different companies and was told I could longer wash my car their after waiting in line. Now Im okay and respect that decision, but the two companies need to let their customers know before they pull up to their car wash and are told they can no longer wash their cars at that specific location.

Everything was good, until we asked if we could use the restroom 30 MINUTES BEFORE they closed, The person said “no because we are almost closing”, if we’re paying out of our pocket every month and we ask once if we could use the restroom to wash our hands and they say no how is that good customer service??
