I just had an oil change on my Lincoln today. Nick and Ed over at AutoRent took care of picking up my car and delivering me a loaner. They were beyond timely (early for pick up/drop off). They made renting a car with them and using Tascas service extremely easy. A+ Service!

You can not beat the service, not to mention the price. I have used auto rent several times. I was actually waited on by Dorian who was polite throughout the entire transaction. Only to later find out she was their general manager. She took the time to explain about the charges I could have incurred which included tolls, speed zones. I was happy she explained about my e-z pass also. I would recommend auto rent over any other rental agency.

I worked with Tracy Turner in Berlin, Connecticut. I was offered a choice of four different cars and chose the Escape. It was totally clean, as one might expect with a car with only 1311 miles on it.Tracy moved me through the process quickly. The cost was reasonable, the service excellent. I would use AutoRent again if the need arose.

I don’t usually write reviews but this time I just had to. I am in customer service and have been for over 30 years. I pride myself on putting my customers needs first and foremost. Love seeing them smile as they exit my establishment. With that being said I have to say I don’t really get the same treatment anywhere. Well that all changed when I had the please of dealing with a Woman by the name of Lisa. My Husband and I needed to rent a vehicle for a road trip. Lisa was so helpful with every step of the process. She was funny and personable. When leaving there in our rental my Husband and I actually talked about her and the outstanding customer service she provided us. This company does not accept your insurance card, they have to verify that you have insurance through a call to your provider. This is the first time I’ve seen this and it’s very annoying. I made a early appointment because of work and it was all for not. Customer service for my insurance didn’t open till 8 am, and I have now missed my meeting. I highly recommend that Tasca in Cranston drop this company and go with a larger rental company for their service center needs.

I recently discovered Autorents Woonsocket, RI location in March when I was scrambling to find a rental car at the last minute as the other company I was supposed to go through slapped me with extra charges that werent disclosed to me until I went to get the car. Lisa, the rep at the Woonsocket location, literally saved my life. I was in her office and set up with a rental to go to PA within an hour. The service was excellent, the price was great and the car was so nice that a two months later I booked with them again for my next business trip to go to NC. I have another business trip coming up in next month, and I have no doubt in my mind that Ill be going to Lisa again, and I cannot sing her praises enough!

I needed a box truck and was surprised to not only get a better price than any of the other popular competitors but the truck was brand new. the agents were friendly and had me in and out fast.

I brought my truck in for scheduled repairs at Tasca GMC in Woonsocket. I asked for a free rental for the day and I was assured I’d get one. Even though I ran late to my appointment, I was pretty happy that it didn’t matter. Specifically, Lisa Donahue (I kept her card) was exceptional during this experience. I told her I didn’t need a truck and she offered up an Acadia. Exactly what I’m debating on buying when my truck lease ends.If you need a rental for any reason I can’t speak highly enough about my experience at Autorent in Woonsocket which ironically is inside Tasca Chevrolet.
