They accommodated me for a last minute appointment. The job was done, and just as important David the manager was very polite and courteous with the entire transaction, something very rare to see in today’s world. Amazing how something as simple as a 10-minute oil change can be a pleasant experience. That’s how you conduct business. Thank you!

This is my favorite Jiffy Lube location. The team here is professional and customer centric. They thoroughly check my car and the car is always ready on time.

The mechanic I first came in contact with when I arrived was rather unprofessional. When I mentioned I had not serviced my car at this Jiffy location before, he asked me why not? Strange thing to say to a new customer instead of simply welcoming them. Then they failed to give me the courtesy of calling me when my vehicle was ready to go, even though they knew I would be walking around the town until they let me know. When I called 2 hours later to check on it, he said its been done for awhile now. Not professional service, I will not be returning. Also expensive, I havent had to pay that much for a simple oil change before...

I usually love coming to this location because I always felt like they were honest. However, when I went in on July 20, 2021, I had a completely different experience. The person who looked at my car asked me to come out and then overwhelmed with things that I apparently needed for my car. Because I trusted this location in the past, I agreed to some of their concerns that racked me up a bill of close to $400. When I was able to contact my mechanic about it, he told me that I did not need any of the extra services the technician had made seem so pertinent. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this Jiffy Lube ever again. I would also advise others to not go either. Find another place that is trustworthy because this place is not!!!!

I went to Jiffy Lube for the first time a few weeks ago. I’d always gotten work done at a dealership, where an oil change scheduled ahead of time took well over an hour. When they didn’t return two of my calls recently, I decided to try the Jiffy Lube that I’ve driven past many times. What a truly pleasant surprise it was.You don’t always hear the best things about Jiffy Lube, but they were nothing but professional and really seemed to know their stuff. In addition to the oil change, they recommended replacing/refilling the antifreeze. (I know basically nothing about cars, they could’ve told me I needed blinker fluid and I probably would’ve paid for it.)Everything was done in well under an hour, which is well worth the extra money compared to the dealership. There was a minor issue with their payment system, but we got it resolved before I left. I can definitely see myself coming back here for routine maintenance in the future.

Don’t trust this place, they use horrible quality oil they almost destroyed my cars engine after two thousand miles the oil was completely gone with no oil leaks. DONT GO HERE.

Best experience Ive ever had at a car place. I took my car for an oil change, it was quick (maybe 10 minutes). Both employees I talked to were friendly, informative, helpful and not intimidating. I felt they were genuinely helping me and and giving me honest feedback for what my car needs. I felt the price was very reasonable and the service was overall excellent!

I went here in Feb 2020 for an oil change and was really satisfied with the oil change service. At the time, I was told I needed new brakes and asked if I wanted to do them that day. I declined and thankfully I did because apparently they thought because I was a female that I had no idea about brakes. I got a second opinion with a trusted mechanic. My brakes are just fine and do not need to be replaced- even 6 months after my last visit. My advice? Get a second opinion because they are just looking to make money by replacing things that dont need to be.

Shop is organized, and personnel is courteous and responsive to questions about service, coupons, or extras, including over the phone. Service is pretty fast, too. Included in the oil change was a top-off of all fluids, vacuuming of floor and mats, and check of other maintenance items. I asked a question about AC service and received an informative reply. Highly recommended place to get an oil change in the area.

I always love my experiences at this location. One day I was visiting a friend in the next town and I needed an oil change so I decided to search around and found this place. What a gem! Its clean, staff is friendly, and they take care of you right away. Almost all the times I come here I dont have to wait too long. The manager Dave hes fabulous, his customer service is on point, is friendly, and always detailed. Always asks if theres anything more he can do. GREAT LOCATION! Nice service, great employees, but they always say my check engine is light prior to service, which it never has been. They could atleast let me know that the light turns on when theyre servicing it instead of checking off as the engine light was on before the service was conducted. Just seems a little shady.

Just needed to get my oil changed for my Mazda.. Its 2016 so it needs synthetic.. The guy I spoke to was Carlos. Hes amazing, he gives it to you straight, makes you feel comfortable, and makes a process that you only need once every 6 months feel like youre a star at taking care of your car.. My engine filter was apparently in pretty bad shape and so was my a/c filter.. They change it for you for a small extra price and top all fluids like coolant and windshield wiper fluid as well.. Oh and they refill your tire pressure.. fantastic customer service by Carlos.. And to the mechanics that fixed my car.. thank you.. seamless customer service and experience here.. if I do keep my car, Im only coming back here for service

I went in with my daughter the 2 cars were in for maintenance all was done quickly and affordable.

I was very impressed with the service that was provided with the Jiffy Lube in Cranford. They were very customer friendly, and attentive to my needs. The manager was able to pull my information up on the computer to show me that I had ordered a different type of oil in my car and help me make a wise choice for oil replacement based on mileage and year of my car. They were very professional and finished quickly.

I came in after lunch and they were able to complete my oil change in 20 minutes. The team was professional and offered other suggestions but it was pretty straight forward on an easy oil change...in and out!

Everyone is always so nice here. I got an oil change and they also let me know that some of my lights were out and fixed them on the spot (with an added charge obviously). I knew exactly how much I would pay and had my car back a half hour later!

Good friendly service

I have had another great experience at Jiffy Lube in Cranford. This time, I went in to have a windshield chip repaired before a long trip. You can hardly even tell that there was ever a chip there. The price was extremely reasonable, the service was very quick, and the mechanics were very courteous. They inspected my car, checked all the fluids, and put air in my tires knowing I was about to go on a long trip even though I really did only come in for the chip repair. I always find that the mechanics look out for me at this Jiffy Lube. David was particularly kind and attentive. This is why Cranfords Jiffy Lube has earned a customer for life.

I was extremely pleased with the speed of the service and found that their prices were competitive with my auto repair mechanic. I was happy to not have to do without my car for a day or more and felt that my car was running great and actually stopping faster(brakes repaired).Steven was very helpful and answered my questions and only recommended what was really necessary. I have always taken my car here for oil changes and for some other services also and always been satisfied. In fact I was very disappointed the last time I used my mechanic for an oil change because thats all he did while Jiffy does so much more.

Everyone at this location is extremely professional and polite. They do not try to force you into any purchases. They explain everything very detailed. They take care of your car, and have you out in no time. I typically go on my lunch break and its more then enough time. Great workers!

I had a bad experience when they replaced wipers on my car. They said for my Honda Civic they need to use special wipers that Honda Civic uses, and it costs more money than usual, I said great, if it’s what Honda Civic uses I don’t mind paying the extra money. Within a few weeks after installation the new wipers were streaking again. I didn’t want them to touch my car again so I took my car to Honda Dealer, and they said the 30$ job to change inserts cannot be done because at Jiffy Lube they installed non standard Wiper Blade. So now I need to get new 90$ standard Honda blades, because Jiffy Lube decided to change the blades that broke in a few weeks. I don’t mind paying more for good service but please don’t cheat your customers.

Great professional service. I was in and out quickly even for a busy day and nobody tried to oversell me anything or pressure me to get extra work done.

I went at the end of the day to have my oil changed. The person changing my oil pointed out that I had a nail in my tire and the tire was losing pressure. He plugged the tire for free, changed my oil, cleaned my windows and vacuumed the floors. The service was great and the people were super friendly!

Went in to get my oil change on my 2008 dodge ram 1500, and was in and out in no time. I also bring my wifes car here too. Staff is friendly and although they do try to up sell they arent pushy, and dont try to bully you into it.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would do so gladly. I have been a patron of Jiffy Lube for several years, and have always been happy with how my vehicle is serviced. However, my most recent oil change led me to an $800 bill from my mechanic due to poor workmanship and a lack of ownership when mistakes were made. When my oil was changed at Jiffy Lube the oil filter housing was broken, and instead of alerting me to the problem and allowing me the opportunity to immediately fix it, the parts were shoved back into place and I was sent on my way. On July 4, still several hundred miles from my next oil change, my check engine light came on and my engine stalled. I was forced to rent a car for several days and spent over $400 on that alone while the parts were ordered from Jeep and my vehicle was repaired. My mechanic was able to identify the issue and told me that parts were left out of place and several were broken and detached. I have three vehicles that I regularly take to this Jiffy Lube, but I will no longer bring my vehicles there because I cannot trust that my cars will be handled professionally and responsibly. I would advise checking your vehicles carefully and thoroughly after paying for an oil service from this company.
