VERY COOL PLACE! The Pickle Juice room was such a fun place to stay and so tastefully decorated. Being local, we wanted to give our support and enjoy a staycation and it did not disappoint. Looking forward to staying here again already.And the host, Jeremiah, is so accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend a stay here.

We stayed in the pickle room and it was so adorable. It was two rooms with two different bathrooms. It also had two separate entrances which I really liked because the team stayed in the front. And I stayed in the back and we kind of separated when they want to watch scary movies and I wanted to sleep. The theme was great it was very luxurious and I love the pickle costume

This was easily the best located spot ever and super trendy! We stayed several nights and went a different direction every day and had so much fun on both sides of the river. We were spoiled for choice of coffee, of live music, of great restaurants and of so many great things to do! Book & enjoy!

The property was amazing and we especially appreciated the cleanliness of the home. It was perfect for our weekend trip! Not only was the home a great space for our group, the attentiveness of the property manager was very much appreciated. We left some items behind and he went above and beyond to ship these back to us. This was one of the best experiences we have had with renting a home and will definitely utilize this group in the future!

Loved staying here! The parking is super convenient and close and its a really cute walkable neighborhood, close to a cool coffee shop, some restaurants, gas station and a bridge that you can walk across the river.The apartment is beautifully decorated and all the artwork is for sale (@manopanogallery)! Its fun to be able to support artists while also buying a gift to remember your stay!It was also very clean, had all the amenities we needed and the host informed us everything we needed to know! Wed stay here again!

We booked the Family Lodge near the Ark Encounter (Williamstown) for 4 nights. It was a blast! We had the home to ourselves (there were 10 of us) and enjoyed the real country feel. Watched a summer thunderstorm from a screened-in porch, swam in the pool every day, went fishing in the pond, utilized the toys and art supplies (the kids loved it!), kicked back and watched a few movies and enjoyed the large selection of books from the mini library. The place was fully equipped with everything so we really were not in need of any supplies or tools. If were in the area again we will definitely check if the Family Lodge is available!

Neat Suites is a VERY professional short term vacation rental company who guided us in planning our trip to the Cincinnati area. The rental home/space we selected was above and beyond our expectations. The hosts communication was quick with questions and solutions. We have stayed at the Adam and Eva Retreat in Dry Ridge Ky, and absolutely love it. It is beautiful and well equipped, from preparing a meal to taking a shower. The host are wonderful people. I recommend it strongly.

We rented a large farmhouse in Williamstown and all had a blast! The house was fully stocked and comfortable and the hosts thought of little things, like puzzles for the Littles that made out stay even more enjoyable. The managers were accessible and helpful throughout our stay. The kids didnt want to leave, and Im sure well be back!

Jeremiah’s communication is top notch. The vacation rental is very nice. The location in Covington is clean and picture worthy. Unfortunately, the apartment upstairs is extremely loud and you could hear everything— we were woken up by 7 am.

Such a good experience with them.
