If you want service excellence, this is your company. We had a sizable project (removal of 7 trees, branch trimming of 3 mature maples, etc). A&C is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. It was amazing to watch them work. I am still in awe of how precise and careful they were with taking down such large trees. And they not only cleared the debris from the tree removal and branch trimming off our property and our street, but they also cleared some leaves and branches that were there before they arrived! The level of customer service far exceeded my expectations. One last important note, their pricing is VERY reasonable.

I contacted and paid AC Tree to cut down and grind 2 large trees in the front of my yard. While they cut down the trees, they did not completely grind one stump down. I called and texted Shelley multiple times and asked when Stevie would come back out and complete the job. First, Shelley said that they only grind down 6 inches below the ground; anything lower than that would be an additional fee. I explained to her that the stump was clearly not 6 inches. I then sent pictures of the stump and sent them to Shelley. This was when the empty promises began. I was given different excuses why they hadnt contacted me, and different days Stevie would come by and finish the job, but they never came back. My husband and I will now have to spend more money to get someone else to grind the stump down so we can move forward with the next step to lay sod. Not only did AC Tree not complete the job, but they were also very dismissive. If only they would keep their word and do the job they were paid to do, I would not feel the need to write such a negative review. I just wanted them to correct what was left undone. All of this dismissive behavior and attitude is unfair and unacceptable. I will be contacting our attorney to sue the company for breach of contract. All of this aggravation could be avoided if they would just do the right thing.

Very friendly and professional. Great price and work was done in a timely manner. Shelly is a jewel. Always happy, and took time to answer my 101 questions. I will definitely use A.C. Tree Service in the future.

After trying several other unresponsive tree removal services, We found A & C - and are so glad we did. They were all the good things you would want in this type of company. We had a very large and diseased tree smack in the middle of our backyard that posed a growing potential of dropping right into our house. The A & C crew literally left about ten minutes ago. They arrived on the date they said and on time. This hard working crew had the tree down and removed in record time. To say we are impressed is an understatement. If you are looking for a quality tree service - this is the company to call! My husband and I both agree, we would call them again in a heartbeat! (And with a yard full of trees, probably will!) Steve was prompt giving a written quote for cutting and removing huge pine trees that were dying very close to my house. His crew was thorough taking down trees and not damaging any trees I wanted saved. They cleaned up debris and were efficient at getting the task complete. We are very pleased with the work and will be calling them again to do clearing in the back of our property. We got several quotes from other tree service, but A&C Tree was more thorough on what they would take care of for the price quoted. It was a better deal and very glad we called A & C Tree

I tried to get work done and never got a estimate from anyone and company never answered phone or voicemail, will never call again.

These guys are the BEST, hands down. I had a tree leaning on the house and several others that were over my house that I wanted down. They showed up with what seemed to be an army of equipment to get the job done quickly and safely. The crew and the owner were extremely professional and knew exactly how to get these trees down without causing any harm to my house. Cant recommend them enough!
