The dumpsters really need to be a little neater and contained ,I mean seriously they are in the front where everyone comes in !!!

I am very heartbroken about losing my home just because the new landlord wanted to own all the mobile homes integration park. He pressured most into doing something we really didn’t want to do. And broke the agreement after selling to him I had 2 weeks to get my belongings, but when me and my father went back the next day they said if we didn’t leave we would be charged with criminal trespassing. VERY DECEITFUL AND DISHONEST SHAME ON YOU ALL!! God doesn’t like ugly..

Very nice and clean. And the people that I have met there have been very nice and friendly.

THEY ARE FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!! They say they have new trailers but they do not!! There rent keeps going up but they won’t fix ANYTHING They do not fix nothing anybody lives in they are only worried about trying to make it look good THEY ALSO POSTED ON THERE WEBSITE “covington estates” reviews from people that work there not real people that actually live there but any places you live in they don’t fix up they had an older lady that’s lived here for about 15 years wait about a month to get her septic tank fixed and than waited another month just to fix it and cover it up and she still has a big dirt pile in her back yard and my mothers back porch has been falling in since she moved in but instead they put new porches on trailers nobody lives in only in the front to make it “look good” But I DO NOT recommend renting anything from these people they will not address any issues until they want to and that can take months or never

Great place to live.

I am a New Tenant as of September 2018. I can firsthand speak of the great improvements this park has undergone and I am proud to be among the lucky ones that have the newest factory built homes.

Some of the mobile homes are newer and kept up but there are a lot of shabby and run down ones as well. Also there are several known drug dealers and gang members living there.

BEWARE... Read full post.Not sure how to rate just yet, but Im very frustrated! Was approved in Jan and still have not moved in. Was told it would be a wait of 3 weeks maybe a bit longer. Here it is March 16th and lots that were offered to us ( that were available for a new trailer to be placed because they had not been rented ) have been finished and here we are, was told ours should be inspected last Monday, well as seems to be the pattern NO call with an update, we have left several messages even text with NO response and here it is Saturday. I expected a wait but not this long and getting updates or return calls are the least that he can do weve already paid all our money. This all feels very unprofessional.* well I updated to 1 star. The manager lied again about moving , we asked for our money back to put on a different place ( we need a place ASAP we have 3 kids in a 1 room motel while we were waiting on him) well no home and still no money back. Manager refuses to provide contact information for the corporate office, i called the number listed bere and eith the voicemail is full or no return call. Beware...

Have a few friends that stay down there. The only thing I would like to change is how nosey some of the neighbors down there can be. If it looks like I need help by all means call the cops... if I just have friends over just as long as no one is fighting in the yard or tearing up anybodys stuff that isnt theirs then hey were good stay in your house yes I have black friends too..

Even though I make $125,000 a year they still need two people on the lease as far as work history goes, so that kept me from renting the 950 rent

They are getting it cleaned up and its looking alot better than it did they have new owners

Its a nice park there still working on the roads in it
