Too expensive..But they have good customer service

Misleading and Racist! I went in today because I simply needed to drop off a prepaid return using the USPS. Theres a window sign which states they ship USPS. After entering the establishment and standing for 3 minutes (he was finishing taping and smoothing a box he was taping), he did not greet me. He knew I was there, though. However, when an Asian woman walked in, he became jovial and immediately greeted her. Then, he looked at me sternly and said, What do you want? Once again, no warmth. When I showed him my package, he immediately said I dont do it. You have to go the post office. He dismissed me, then started addressing the other woman warmly again. I did state to him that I wished he would have been considerate enough to give me the same kind of greeting. I will NEVER return to this establishment. I believe in supporting small businesses, but I will not patronize an establishment that doesnt value me or my money.

I experienced terrible customer service here, the man who runs the counter is rude and only speaks to “certain” people if you know what I mean I will never go back to this place again only went because I couldn’t make it to postnet! And their so expensive! I don’t recommend this place at all.

Went in to print something from my Google account because the library was closed. I was the only customer in the entire storesand I forgot my Google password. I stood at the terminal for maybe 5 mins then walked out because I felt silly standing there, the owner followed me out and demanded I pay 3 dollars for the computer use even if all I did was type my password in wrong a few times. Dude was generally rude and now that I finally remember my password Ill just drive to the library a city over just because Im not going to spend 6 dollars plus print for 2 documents. The computer did have a sign above it yet it seems Abit ridiculous the cost for simply forgetting a password at this shop.
