This review is for the goetta bites. I was extremely excited to find them. That excitement quickly became disappointment. The amount of bites seemed to very small. The sauces were not labeled. After cooking them in the oven, they seemed like a great treat. Once again great disappointment. The amount of cayenne pepper is very overwhelming. Never tasted anything similar to goetta. A big waste of money.
I presume that the pin oats are cheaper then the meat you use the last 3 times we ate the goetta just falls apart. I have made a lot of great in my past life at a Company that is no longer in business. I think we will start using goetta from Finkes meats.Sorry
Just made a roll of the original goetta this morning. Have you changed the recipe? Seems to have more oats, less pork and less seasoning. The taste seemed to be lacking something. I have been using your brand my entire life and its not as good as it used to be. For $6 a roll at Kroger I expect it to taste better.
I have LOVED Gliers (original) goetta since I was a child. We moved to Florida 10 years ago & miss it terribly. It has gotten SO EXPENSIVE! (definately worth the price!) Looking forward to our shipment!
I came across Gliers goetta at Graceland Kroger in north Columbus OH, looking for something different. I grew up eating scrapple and thought Id try goetta.I could tell by the texture when I opened the package how to cook it.I.love.this.stuff.! Wonderful flavor better than scrapple , at least for me. Thanks Gliers!!
I waited 20 min to be seen. I waited 10 weeks and paid $10 for a boned out ham. Family has gotten food poisoning from big batch ground meat. You do not get your deer back. Have been a customer for 5 years but no more.
I purchased the Octoberfest metts at Sams for pool parties this year . They are awesome - got rave reviews! Very reasonably priced - we will definitely buy more!!!
My kids LOVE the Turkey goetta. Grew up on it as well!
Call your order in usually ready next day
I dont know what has happened to Gliers goetta but it has really went down hill. For several months now it has been mushy and does not fry up like it used to. I used to take 20 to 30 pounds a year to relatives who live in Florida but wont any more. I am afraid they will think I brought them dog food instead. They had a good product and screwed it up. Can anyone recommend another good goetta?
Goetta is my favorite food and Glier’s is the best around.
Made a roll of goetta today & it did not cook like it normally does? It missing something? Tasted like a burger, but it cooked up like slop?? Very disappointed!
It has good workers that makes great quality goetta
They process Deer meat at a very reasonable price and they have great Goetta
The bacon goetta is a new product and tastes wonderful! I recommend it!
Great gotta. No longer accept deer from outside Kentucky unless already de-boned
Great place for processing meat
