Quality logistics. Great to work with. The management team is straight forward and easy to work with when we need freight moved quickly.

Recently was hired by these liars to haul freight. This company hired me and sent me to pick up the load approximately 250 miles away from my location. We agrred on a rate and I was also promised additional rate for laying my truck over for an additional day because the load was not ready. After 2 days they find a different company to haul the load at a cheaper rate and cancel our agreement and refuse to pay me anything for my lost time and fuel expense. I wrote a critical review about my experience with them and just today l get a letter from their lawyer threatening to sue me. I dont intimidate. Stay away from these liars..

Totally unprofessional misleading information, if you cancel the load for some reason, they will threaten you. You have to do this load otherwise we’ll put your company in double brokerage.

Ive been working with Sam for 3 years now. Ive never had a bad experience with him and he is very consistent in updating me when there are issues with our loads together. I would recommend Sam to any driver out there.

I wish this guys make his job properly, honestly the drivers life is hard enough for you to make it even worst, honestly I wont recommend this place to work with.

You can thank Sam McLeid for bad note. Laying about delivery times so we can take a load and be trapped there woooow and hanging up on dispatch and driver is not good for our cooperation. Also employees do not want to contact the manager in order to solve the problem in a civilized way.

He is very direct and honest about the loads. The rates are fair and when needed he makes sure that detention and or extra stop pay is paid in a timely manner. I got years to know hem... this broker office its berry good to me when they offering a load to me I feel confiable because I know they not gonna call me 30 mnts lather and cancel the load because they found it other carrier more cheaper them me....like brokers do right now I got some bberry bad experiences with this pandemic.....but when I got load from Lock Logistics I now its my load so thats make me feel countable.

They are very good and kind when you need to wait all night to pick up load from them,and telling you,you gonna have detention for sure,after that guess what,calling them and you are on hold all day and of course the load was cheapP.s truck drivers are humans also same like the brokers
