Went here in. Saturday mid afternoon, the store was busy but there where a lot of employees there to help assist you. The store is hug, spacious and very clean. They have a wide variety of everything party you will need. This party city has the best selection of balloons I think. The location is great in Covington and great addition to the shopping area. I went in for a few bridal decorations and was pleasantly surprised by the vast assortment of choice they have and plenty of options if you want to piece things together. I don’t remember the cashier name who helped me and it’s not on the receipt but she friendly and helpful. She didn’t rush me through the line and had a nice small conversation while ringing up my items.

Long wait for curbside but did a great job

This store is huge. Quite the selection of licensed character, solid colors, and all sorts of seasonal or milestone party supplies. If you have an idea for something, I feel like its pretty likely they have it! Helpful staff. Wish I had stopped in here sooner.

High prices but always have what you need

The employees were so amazing. I had ordered 18 balloons for Easter. ( I tied the balloons to the larger Easter eggs) Well me being me, I realized I should have brought some big garbage bags to contain these fly away bandits.Well they offered to put the balloons into large store bags. YES!!! Anyhoo the employee took the time to make sure the balloons were good to go and secured/tied up inside the bags. Did I by chance meantion I was carrying my toddler ?The balloons really add some character to the Easter basket. Ill gladly go back and get stuff from this store. Besides happy employees, its very clean, organized, aisles are spacious so you dont feel cramped up ya know?Ill be back for my familys birthday parties.

Love the convenience of this store. Sold out of a lot of the supplies for the theme we wanted, but they have the generic colors to combine to get us what we needed. Staff is friendly.

Very much enjoy the chocolates. There is a large variety and some very special flavors. I bought several. Blueberry Truffles are the best.

For the most part this store is clean and stocked.but if you need a lot of balloons i would plan ahead. i only have seen 1-2 people working and the one cashier does the register and balloons.

Only had one worker but she was pleasant, made sure that the customer didnt feel rushed out and had great service. And I found what I needed which many stores were out of, but they werent.

Party city is usually packed on Halloween based on previous yearly visits. This year not so much. I was pleasantly surprised that they werent busy at all. However when I went to ask for help, I noticed another customer at the beginning of the line. I was right in front of the counter next to the employees. There were 3 people blowing up balloons. Not paying attention to customers at all. I waited 5 minutes before asking for help. I told them they had customer in line thats been waiting there for a while and they still didnt get to him for another 2 to 3 minutes. I was finally acknowledged by a gentleman that said hell help me in a few minutes. They were just focused on balloons. I had a small convo with the gentleman and I asked him how long he was standing there. He said about 10 minutes. I asked him why he didnt get someones attention. He said its not a surprise. That they have been like that for the last few weeks. I asked him, If he asked for a manager and he said no that hes a police officer and feels that they dont care so why should corporate care. I then told him Im sorry and I hope he has a better day. Not one employee looked up at any customer. Entering or leaving the building. Honestly there was only about 10 customers in store while we were there in a 45 minute period. No excuse for a little bit better customer service. Only reason I gave 2 stars is the gentleman that helped us get a pinata actually took only a few minutes to get to us. He was actually quite pleasent and apologized for the long wait. I DO NOT recommend this location!!! I dont care, I will drive to the Tukwila or Federal Way location if I have to. Sad because the Covington location is 5 minutes away from my house. Thank God for amazon. Sorry for the lengthy review. This is not the first bad experience Ive had here in Covington. Ive had many😬I just want to warn others what theyre getting into. Good luck!

If you need it for a party or reception, these folks have it. Easy place to find, well lit. The narrow aisles are a bit cramped, and there are so many kinds of items you may need help from the staff to find things.

I visited this store Sep. 11, 2016 at 5pm. The manager/supervisor here was extremely rude. I assumed she was the manager or supervisor because she was the only one out of uniform. She was blonde and wearing a seahawks shirt. I asked her for help on an order. She replied with I dont know and proceeded to the back of the store. I waited there for her to come back. After 10 minutes I went to look for her. She was in the back of the store telling her associates where to stock a few items. I decided to leave the store after that.

Worst customer service!!! Make sure you dont go in 15min before closing time, manager and associates get really upset if you ask for help.

Employees have zero experience in customer service. They were making inappropriate comments and acted like they didnt care to be there or help anyone.Edited: I got 10 balloons filled and two of them ended up popping shortly after leaving due to being over filled.

The store was in good condition, some of the employees were pleasant, others were not helpful at all. But the store was fine.

Im always surprised at how wide the selection is at this store. They have new stuff for every holiday and season, everything you need for parties, and the staff have always been friendly to me.

Buy online, pick up in store option is pointless. I only had 3 items and email stated it was ready but got to the store to only have to find the items myself. Why do they ask for card info when you just have to pay in the store. Waste of time.
