Didnt see a therapist here because both women I spoke to about making an appointment were conecending, and unhelpful. They seem to think that people who call to make a first time appointment know all about the practice and wont have any questions and forget that they probably asked the same questions when they started working there.

Good customer service when you walk through the door the people are very nice🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 I have a good counselor very good at what she does This is a great way to talk out your feelings when you are feeling frustrated and the counselors really help you And councillors really help you with your problems or what I really appreciate my counselor She teach me not to get so mad and angry All the time And I am very appreciative that I am learning how to control my feelings more And gets so frustrating And not get so frustrated at people When they are trying to help me You have me how to control my feelings My counselor has to has Have I told you how to control my feelings When you getting mad I just go in my listen to music When Im about to get mad I go in my quiet place and listen to music And count to 10 My counselor has me a I have learned a lot from my counselor I think therapy is good for you I also think it is good for the soul your mind at peace I will recommend anybody to this place lot They have good people there And also good customer service This is a good reveal I would say so myself Hope everybody like this review And stay safe out there💙💙💙💙💙💙 My angels will be protecting everybody Have a blessed day everybody

A wonderful, friendly group of people!! They are always welcoming & make you feel at home. They genuinely care about EVERYONEs well-being!!

I was in a very dark place and heavily pregnant when I came across this establishment. Jessie was so compassionate, patient, and understanding at my intake appointment and never made me feel pressured to talk about any super triggering topics, but also didnt make me feel judged or embarrassed when I opened up and couldnt keep it together. Five months of weekly appointments later and shes helped me a lot through talk therapy, helped me start on medication because I felt I needed it (but never pushed it on me), and always goes above and beyond to make sure I feel supported,validated, and heard. She is amazing! Shes also very LGBTQ friendly which was really important to me. And they accept Medicaid! I cant say enough good things about SEPA. Truly a gem of our community.

Tried for 6 weeks to get appt. kept getting “somebody will call you “. I gave up.

Its hard enough to make the call to schedule counseling, let alone reading reviews that cant be accurate I called. Left a message No return call

Staff is very sweet and understanding!

Received referral from doctor to see this establishment but never heard back from them, will just have to keep searching :(
