Unless you have a $150.00 to throw away, rent their space. They do not tell you it is a nonrefundable deposit until you inquire about when it will be returned. . They offered no written contract, double charge your card an over book events. They do not communicate well. I paid $150.00 to save a date an had to turn around an reschedule my wedding due to anotger event earlier that day. I refused to have a wedding at 8pm as he suggested. In the beginning he was pleasant and seemed genuine but in rhe end ut was a disaster. Who would ever agree to pay $150.00 that they wont see back an have a wedding at 8:00 pm... Night time
