After many attempts to resolve this, unfortunately I’m left with no other option but to respond to this review. We will always go the extra mile to maintain a positive relationship with our clients and have done so over the course of our 4 years. First and foremost, this has nothing to do with RMMC Consulting and or any consulting services. This is no other than a review meant to mislead or deceit by a disgruntled business partner. Myself along with another business partner had a company that purchased a small minority stake in Franco’s Finest. Along with purchasing the equity, we were also infusing enough capital to reach state licensing. All decision had been made as a group. We acquired a location, submitted local and state paper work. In our local process we ran into an extremely long delay through a city/public review period that eliminated any grace time we had in our lease. In order to extend any more grace time, there needed to be a personal guarantee. Dominic (majority owner) refused to sign any personal guarantee’s. My partner and I being small minority owners were not willing to put up any more capital or sign any personal guarantees. Essentially, we needed to look for another location, but Dominic(Franco) refused to look for another location and during this time he also decided he no longer wanted to be business partners. After months of asking for his equity back from my business partner and myself with no resolution. He decided to go on a social media blast in an attempt to blackmail me in giving him back his equity.
