Maurice is amazing! He is the first phlebotomist to successfully and painlessly draw my blood. I’m usually sent home from doctors office labs because they’ve tried unsuccessfully too many times and are unable to try anymore due to policy. Thanks Maurice for your kindness and helping me leave with a smile.

Generally, I have had a negative experience with Labcorp techs, who have not been highly skilled and perform a painful blood draw. I assume Ill pass out at a Labcorp draw; the worst of which was being unconscious for 10 minutes. Terrible.That aside, things have improved significantly under Maurice. He is pleasant and very skilled. I do not pass out and the draws are as painless as possible. As long as Maurice remains on staff, Ill go to Labcorps.

I have never written a google review before, or a review at all for that matter, but I had to share my experience after reading all of the negative reviews on this site. Maurice at Lab Corp in Covington made my blood draw experience a true pleasure. He was professional and had a great sense of humor and the experience itself was absolutely painless - literally painless. I did not feel the needle go in at all. I laughed and joked with him and left saying, That was a pleasure. I have a chronic illness and get my blood drawn a lot. This ranks as my number one blood draw experience. Dont listen to the haters. Maurice is a true professional.

First time here and already have a bad impression. Theyre supposed to open at 8 but here it is 8:20 and still not open. Tryed to call but just got automated response. There are others here waiting as well and they are supposed to be open today.

The person at the front desk is INCREDIBLY rude. Its a convenient location to where I live but I might avoid coming here next time because I want to be treated with respect. Awful.

This may not be specific to the location but general experience with LabCorps lethargic attitude when it comes to billing and filing insurance. While having all the insurance details wit them, they never filed for insurance claim and sent us with a bill. With this seemingly minuscule mistake, I twice sent them with insurance details to file a claim. Just when I thought they had it all and will do good with their job, we got the LCA. I thought I will pay it from pocket and will sort it out later. So I contacted my insurance, they said they never filed for claim. I contacted labcorp using its catch-me-if-you-can contacting ways. Finally they said they filed the insurance claim again. But I still dont see it with my insurance provider. I will have to claim the paid amount myself.When it comes to billing and insurance, be cautious. Although occasional, Labcorp pretty much sucks with unpleasant customer experience.
