Armour just completed a remodel of our kitchen and painted our living space. They painted our existing cabinets white and built a new pantry and coffee bar with glass pane inserts. It is beautiful! Kori Hall was our contractor and did an incredible job of listening to our wants and ideas, and any concerns we had. She was so professional, yet personable and a great communicator! When searching for roofing companies near me, I came across Armour Contracting. From my first first conversation with the office staff, I was pleasantly pleased at how they handled their operation. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. I knew that my roof needed to be replaced, but every roofer I called wanted to file an insurance claim on my home. Armours rep explained to me that I did have what appeared to be some wind damage and hail damage on the roof, but took the time to explain the insurance process to me and why they may cover the roof. I ultimately ended up not filing an insurance claim, and decided to utilize Armours financing that they offer and was able to secure a low monthly payment and have my roof replaced the following week. The install process was a breeze and my home looks so much better now. Since I was approved for much more than the cost of the roof, I went ahead and added a new set of gutters as well to compliment the new roof, and I think Im going to have Armour paint the exterior of the home later in the year as well. Very very good experience with Armour Contracting, and will be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you so much!

Update June 10, 2021:I cannot say enough good things about Armour Contracting and Kori Hall. What an amazing company! Shortly after doing a great job with the roof and gutters, they were able to help me renovate the inside of the house. They did not disappoint! This house was taken down to the studs and beautifully rebuilt. Kori was in contact with me daily keeping me informed and educated on everything that was happening. I was rarely able to be on site myself but Kori sent pictures and videos to explain to me exactly what was happening and why. Not only did they offer the best price, they were always on schedule, getting a big job done in a short amount of time. Excellent customer service and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. Very, very happy!!Armour contracting recently installed a new roof and gutter system on my mothers home. From the first phone call and many others that followed, Kori was always quick to respond and very knowledgeable on the process. Her team was on time and had the work done in 2 days just as we had discussed. Had a very good experience with Armour. Had a bathroom remodeled to make it easier for my elderly mother. Project was on time and in budget and looks very nice. I got multiple quotes from different roofing companies in the area. Armour was NOT the cheapest option, but they were extremely knowledgeable about the roofing system, and made me feel extremely comfortable knowing that the roof going over my head was going to be done correctly with no shortcuts. I contracted with them to do the roof replacement, and am very happy I did. During the tear off, there were multiple areas of rotted decking that Armour replaced that another contractor would have probably just covered back up. They also did every single thing they said they were going to do in the contract, including putting in ice and water shield (a much better product than metal flashing) and upgraded the exhaust system of the roof to ridge ventilation. Its only been a few days, but I can already tell my house is cooler and air conditioner is running less. If you want or need a new roof, go with a trusted professional to do the job right, even if it costs a few more dollars.

Armour completed a roof repair on our home after noticing a leak in our Kitchen. They determined that a skylight was the culprit, and ultimately replaced the entire flashing kit around it to stop the leak. The repair was completed in a few hours, and Ive waited through a few very heavy rains before I left this review. We have had no more leaks since the repair and are very satisfied. The price was reasonable for what they had to do, and the repair was completed quickly with very little interruption to us.

I tried all the local roofers first and couldn’t get anyone to show up. I called Armour and had a rep here the next day (one hour from their main office). He gave me a price on site, we completed the paperwork in about 15 mins and they installed the very next week. They showed up, did exactly what they said they would do, and followed up after all the work was done to ensure I was 100% satisfied before they collected the final payment. Outstanding company that sets the bar for other contractors in my opinion. Also found out they do remodeling work, so I will be having them out later this year to price finishing my basement.

Where to even begin. Ive been dealing with a nightmare roof situation for over 3 years. Another roofing company (no longer in business…surprise) installed my roof about 4 years ago. About a year later, it started leaking. I had a total of 7 roof leaks. Over a 3 year span, I had multiple roofers attempt to fix the problems, but was never able to successfully fix any of them. Fast forward to about 2 weeks ago, I had the dedicated team at Armour Contracting come out and take a look. They were very honest from the beginning, letting me know that I had several installation issues. It was unable to be filed on insurance due to incorrect installation methods that had been used. So Armour worked with me, as I did not have the money to pay for a whole new roof. They got me set up with financing and I was able to finance my whole roof for less than $200 a month. They installed a much better roofing system (Owens Corning Duration-ask for the kevlar strip) and provided me with a workmanship warranty to cover me in case I have any issues in the future. This is a roofer that truly knows what they are doing. If you need a new roof, I recommend you call Armour.

Armour is amazing!!! We had several jobs that needed completed in my house. It was a lot! I had new flooring installed in my hallway, 2 bathrooms, and kitchen. I also had new tile and new shower installed in my master bathroom, not to mention, I had 2 ceilings that had a couple of holes that were repaired, and a new roof installed. All of this was completed quickly, but efficiently, which I loved! I was in constant contact with Kori. Even during her busiest times, she was there. She answered any questions or concerns immediately. She definitely went above and beyond!! That meant so much to me!! I would highly recommend these guys! My house looks absolutely amazing thanks to them!!

Called the office to schedule an appointment and was forwarded to another guy who confirmed a Thursday arrival and never showed up or called. So the next day I called the office again and was forwarded to the same guy who never showed upand he made up an excuse why he never shower or called. Then he set up another day on that following Monday to come out and the guy never showers up or called again! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. We hired Armour Contracting to install a new roof, remove the cedar siding and replace with Hardie Board, paint the exterior, and install new gutters. They also removed a sliding glass door and replaced it with a single exterior door. In addition they replaced the roofs and painted the exterior of two other buildings to all match the house. I very much appreciated there assistance in helping us secure special financing for the work they performed. This was a smooth process from the start to finish. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was performed and I would highly recommend them. Finally, the staff and all their contractors were courteous and respectful to me and my family.
