I wouldnt recommend visiting this location for a very small scratch or even scuff if insurance is not involved. I did not file an insurance claim due to it being so small however Jon Powell estimated a scratch the size of a quarter (no, literally. see pictures) to cost $913.10. The hysterical part is they estimated it would take 5.9 Hours (!) to put paint on. The labor cost more than the materials which I totally understand labor cost but come on.. 5.9 hours in paint labor, 4.2 hours in body labor. At this point, Im begging anyone reading this to see the pictures to fully understand them for the crooks they are. My preliminary estimate is attached but to sum it up, $617.20 in labor costs and the rest is rightfully the cost of paint + tax together ($295.90). Ignore my dirty car in the pictures but at first glance, its so small you cannot even see it! See all pictures below.

Had an oops moment and needed to have some body work done. Was able to get a quote from Kerry Toyota that was within $150 of another quote. It was a easy decsion to use Toyota versus a third party repair center. Kerry was able to complete the repairs within 10 days while the other was going to be over 3 weeks. Staff was friendly and helpful. The work was as good as new when completed. Very happy with the results!

A couple of weeks ago Kerry painted my 2010 Corolla. Toyota had a paint failure problem and covered the repair 100% and covered the loaner car for free. I cant say enough about Toyota coverage.Kerry did the work and I am extremely happy with the job they did. I must say I was a little worried about having my car painted . But their painter did an outstanding job. I should know . Im a painter myself with 36 years experience. If I wasnt going to paint it myself, I would definitely recommend Kerry. And if thats not a good endorsement , I dont know what is.Thanks for excellent paint job. Five stars!

I was very happy with the work they did after my neighbor backed into my car. They were professional and kind through every step of the process. I felt their estimate was fair, and they explained all the details me. I appreciate the communication, Eric called several times to update me on the repairs and keep me in the loop. It was easy to drop my car off after hours, and pick it up after hours as well. Hopefully I don’t need any more body work done, but if I do, I’ll be back.

I had an incredible experience far surpassing my expectations. I dropped my car off at 9 in the morning and they were nice enough to shuttle me to a car rental company. I got a call 6 hours later asking when I could pick my car up! The estimated time for completion was 2 days and I was able to pick it up in 6 hours! I had damaged my lift gate on my 4Runner and had to replace the entire shell. From the very start Kerry Collision made the whole experience a very good one. Everyone I talked to was nice, helpful and professional. I was expecting to be without my car for a lot longer, but they wrapped up everything so quickly I couldn’t believe it...and the work came out perfectly, my damaged gate is like new again. I was referred to this body shop after an accident for repairs. The repairs look excellent and were done in a timely manner. However, the woman working at their front desk is so extremely rude and unpleasant. She shamelessly scoffed at me when I asked that they only repair the rear of my car & that they leave the front alone. She was visibly and audibly upset by this request and acted as if it was a almost undoable. I told her that it’s my car & “the insurance company suggested I keep the money and not have any repairs made in order to get me off their backs so this shouldn’t be a problem.” She alone made my outlook on their business an unpleasant one.Even more ridiculous, when I picked the car up my 2016 with 60,000 miles on it (never having had problems before) wouldn’t start. They had to jump my battery to get me out of the lot. I blamed it on the cold weather and possibly the fact that it hadn’t been driven in two weeks. However the battery still is not working. I called them back to fix this problem. I spoke with a very pleasant man on the phone who has been very helpful in assisting me.I called back to continue corresponding with him and the front desk woman answers. As I’m saying hello the man calls me back and I say to her “oh I’m sorry. The person I was trying to reach is calling me now.” To which she replies annoyingly “oh my god!”I hang up and pick up his phone call only to hear her in the background asking if it was me on the line as if I was insane for having called them and as if she was truly disturbed by it somehow.She is beyond unpleasant and provides not even a morsel of acceptable customer service. They should find someone else to sit at that window and talk to people all day because she is miserable to deal with.Picking up a car with a suddenly dead battery is tolerable but having to deal with her is not.

I had a rear end collision on my Toyota Prius C on the freeway that did a lot of damage to my bumper, but my car was still driveable. I live in Ohio, and my insurance wanted me to use a shop in Ohio, but Ive had good experiences with Kerry Toyota in Covington, and I work in Covington, so I opted to take my car here. My only complaint is that it took several weeks for them to have an opening for me (good thing my car was driveable!), and it took several days to do the work, including holding my car over a weekend, so I had to rent a car for extra days.However, they did fantastic work. They cleaned (and I think waxed) my car exterior, and even detailed the interior of my car. It looks fantastic, way better than even before my accident. They were worth the extra wait.
