Needed a new liner for my in-ground pool. Contacted Pool and Patio service department and they promptly came out to measure and inspect. After approving the quote, the liner was ordered and manufactured in a week. The installation team arrived and got to work in a professional, considerate, effective and efficient way. They pulled the old liner out, re-troweled the entire sand base to a perfect smoothness, installed new wall foam, then set the new liner. Water tanker arrived to fill and now we are getting the water chemistry set up so we can enjoy the rest of the summer. Thanks to all of the service department at Pool and Patio for a really painless experience. I highly recommend the team at P&P for your pool service needs.

I purchased a Pool and it arrived. The installation company was extremely difficult to communicate and schedule a day for install. Very unprofessional behavior abs demeanor in person. Once they arrived, I took the morning off for work to ensure everything went well. I walked the yard with the installer and identified 2 locations to install the pool. A primary and secondary location just in case if something goes wrong. The installer start to dig up my back yard, so I left for work in hopes my pool will be up upon my return. As I arrive to work, I get a call from the installer, we can’t install your pool, you have big rocks and we need another machine to dig them up. If we do this, than it will be an additional $1200 plus another month or so before we can install. I called Pool and Patio and spoke with the VP, the provided me my money for the pool back. Now-my entire back yard was ripped to dirt, they left all the pulled up grass, roots etc... for me to clean and fixed. The back yard was nothing but dirt, roots and rocks. I called Pool and Patio and they said nothing they can do. It’s on me. Now- I have to pay another $3,000 to put sod down to make my back yard look good again. I lost money and time with Pool and Patio. I do not recommend them

Just had my new filter installed after 35 years with the original.Buying the product was a breeze. Installation by Pool and Patio’s contractor Scuba Scott was done in an hour. Scott and company explained the differences with my old filter showed my new features.I always expect A plus service from P and P and they have never disappointed in over 30 years.

We purchased our pool 5 years ago and it still looks brand new! Excellent products of the highest quality. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. We have Pool and Patio open and close our pool each season. The water is almost crystal clear when opened and stays that way all season. Everyone is so helpful. Curtis and Coral go above and beyond to make sure all customers are beyond satisfied. Great place!

Anybody can take your money and get 5 stars. The real test of a 5 star company is when there is a problem and they go above and beyond to solve it. I had a problem with my pool (manufacturer defect, nothing P&P did) but P&P went above and beyond to help me with the warranty claim and replacement.

Excellent service, got what I wanted at a better price than anywhere I found online!Edit: Covid slowed down my delivery. Electrical was already ran before the hot tub came in.. wired the tub, and nothing happened.. so annoyed, I called and spoke to Seth, (same man who sold it to me). Seth was not only knowledgeable, he talked me through several different options to trouble shoot the tub.. turns out it was the electricians fault (also not a big deal). Fast forward, tub works, couple lights were out. Repaired the very next day! These guys are great!!!

Way over priced For starters. The one salesman tried to get my friend to buy the more expensive pool cover kit when the other salesmen try to wring him out he offered the less expensive 1 and was able to locate it. However this 2nd salesman was very nice in that respect but when my friend asked about other pieces of equipment the guys set a rambling off model number is likely understood what he was talking about we both stared at him with a blank face thanked him for the information and walked away. This has been the 3rd time that we have gone in there 1 of The Times we bought a ladder for my friend which was overpriced and it fell apart it was very poor quality for the price that he paid for it. The store layout is very nice and very clean but if youre going to sell products to somebody try not using such language that completely goes over the customers head

I was surprised, but in good conscience, I have to make the update. Within less than 12 hours after my negative review was posted, we were contacted by the associate with whom we worked to purchase the pool. He did something that one does not expect in modern times: he owned it. He apologized, took ownership, and set us up with a cover and a floater-thinger... I think theyre called pillows, but anyway, the point is that after I voiced my position, they took ownership and did right by us.This was never about getting stuff free or anything like that. Most business just dont operate like this. They say things like unfortunately theres nothing we can do, but these folks are different.That said, I will be happy to recommend this company to anyone considering a pool and this will be my first stop for the hot tub project.Just seeing someone take ownership and fix it- all I can say is: Joe, you are the man. What you did is abundantly respectable and youve absolutely won our future business. Thank you!

My husband and myself went to pool and patio to buy a new hot tub cover. They were all very nice we got this one gentleman (Leon) we talked for awhile about covers he told us how to measure ratio, dimensions, etc. He explained he might have a hot tub cover we need in the back. So we went home, measured the hot tub like he told us to do it. We called the next day (sunday). We had to leave a message cuz he was with a customer he never called back so I called the next day he was in the phone, still no return call. Needless to say I called 4-5 times never called back. I dnt kno if he thought we could not afford or what. So I told my husband forget we will go to another place and get one or order one if we have too. So for friendliness and knowledgeable I give them credit but to call a customer back after 5 times thumbs down. So they lost my sale .

Great customer service!! The guys were very friendly and thorough with the entire process. He explained everything to me and answered all questions I had on our new tub. Very professional, and the salesman (Leon) stayed late for us since we came close to their closing time, and he did not pressure us at all. Very patient and insisted we took our time even though they were closed (we only stayed 5-10 mins after closing but still). Highly recommend!!

We purchased a new home and went to Pool and Patio to get another Hot Tub, our third one from them. Greg was excellent to deal with and made an excellent recommendation to fit our needs and match our house. The delivery and installation were top notch. James and his crew were fantastic. The follow up and service are always fantastic. I would not hesitate to purchase another one from them again.

Worst experience ever!!! Worst company and I’m calling the better business bureau! After having an above ground pool for almost 20 years, we decided to finally have it replaced especially because with COVID 19 I wanted to make sure our family had a new pool to enjoy through the summer sense we will be staying home. After getting a quote and picking what we wanted, we were GUARENTEED they had a pool in the warehouse for us. So we made a $1500 deposit and a week later they had a group of men come to take down our current pool and hauled it away....then a little over a week later hadn’t heard from Pool and Patio and trying to call them is IMPOSSIBLE not a single person answered the phone for days! We tried calling multiple times a day! We had to go there in person to figure out what was going on just to be told that they no longer have a pool for us!! Who knows when they were going to tell us this!! They had no option for us! The kicker is they already took our pool down!!! So Pool and Patio totally screwed us over! THEN, when getting our deposit back they wrote us a check for our deposit back of $1500, which we then recieved a voicemail from them the next day stating we were not allowed to cash that check because we have to go there on Monday and get a printed check!!! How is that even legal?! Of course calling them to talk to someone about this again is impossible nobody is answering phones still! How can they really hand us a check and tell us we can’t have OUR money! Completely unbelievable, unacceptable, and unprofessional business!!!!

Finding a source for quality pool and spa products and professionalism was hard to find for us. Most pool stores it seems like all they want to do is sell you alot of chemicals. I walked into Pool and Patio and spoke with a gentleman Greg. He was so knowledgeable and informative that we bought a hot tub from them. It came when he told me it would, it was delivered when he said it would, he called afterwords to see if there were any questions. It was just a great experience .

These folks are your Go-to for pool issues, water quality, repairs and accessories or just recommendations. I’ve dealt with them since their prior location and they continue to exceed my expectations. I have had both gunite and above ground questions on various filter setups, Nat gas heaters, cartridge filters, turbo cell salt- you name it-they got the answers. Most recently I bought a grill and they delivered it with care and shrink wrapped it in moving blankets just an example of the kind of attention to detail your going to get.

In March 2015 we purchased a Vita Hot Tub from Pool and Patio at the RI Home show at a very competitive price for a great tub. It was built and delivered by their crew in short time. The staff coordinated a crane for placement, and electrician to connect it. Once running there were several times we went to the store for assistance with water chemistry and were treated well and given good, step by step instructions. All positives....

We purchased a new spa from Pool and Patio in April. While I rarely write reviews, I feel that one is appropriate and necessary in this case. During the purchase, and during subsequent requests for additional information regarding the operation of this spa, the staff at Pool and Patio were excellent to deal with. They provided friendly, knowledgeable and professional assistance, and continue to do so today. They even went as far as sending a staff member out to my home to provide a tutorial on how to program the spas various features. There was no charge for this service and the Pool and Patio representative (Kevin) was patient and very helpful. I feel it is important to identify and support a good service company when I find one, because they are so uncommon. This is a fine company to do business with.

Beware of Underwater repairs he uses scuba gear to attempt to fix vinyl pool leaks. He has been to our house twice now and the pool still leaks.His name is Cody, do not use Cody from Underwater Repairs, you will be ripped off.

Great place to get all of your pool needs. They doing everything from testing water, selling chemicals, installing pools, and Spas. Staff are very knowledgeable when helping balance the pool water. Also sell parts for pools and spas, along with pool floats and other toys.

Excellent customer service. Scott came to our home to repair our liner. Very professional and knowledgeable . Also i went into store and they went above and beyond to find replacement parts for my pool ladder.

Everyone starting with Coral to Curtis and Charlie were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. They did a great job on the instillation and explained everything very clearly.

We purchased a hot tub last spring and I could not be happier. The entire process was without a hitch. Delivery and set up came on time and without issue. I had my session on how to operate the spa and since then everything has work great and we have enjoyed this spa completely. The staff at Pool and Patio center have been extremely helpful with any questions and they were on top of any possible issues that could come up due to the current adverse weather conditions. I would say that if you are considering a hot tub you could not get a better experience than with Pool and Patio Center.

Hands down WORST customer service. We purchased our home in July 2015 with an in ground pool. I have had Pool and Patio out to my house 3 times last year to fix my filter and at the end of the season the filter still was not working so upon closing our pool we sent the filter back to the shop for repair. The technician that serviced our pool indicated the fingers in our Hayward DE filter may need to be replaced and we would get a call with complete diagnosis. WELL we had our scheduled pool opening scheduled for 4-29-16 so on Monday 4-25-16 when i still hadnt received a call regarding diagnosis I called. I was told that my filter was only scheduled for a cleaning. This could not have been the case because 2 weeks prior to my closing i had a service call which resulted in my filter being taken apart on our property and cleaned. THUS a cleaning was not the reason why my filter was brought back to the shop. It was finely determined that my filter was in fact there for repair. Kurtis claims to have inspected our filter and changed out several parts. The filter was brought to our house for our scheduled pool opening and once the filter was attached it was spraying water from the top and leaking from the bottom. This AGAIN resulted in yet another call to Pool and Patio where Kurtis assured us that the filter will be fixed and his guys would be out to our house 5-2-16. The crew came to our house 5-2-16 to again attempt to fix my filter and again was told that the internal fingers on the filter are old. WELL if we were told in October that the fingers needed to be replaced and we sent our filter back to the shop in October for repair i would deduce that after having the filter for 6 months it should have come back with replaced fingers and completely working. So in conclusion Pool and Patio have been to my house 3 times for on premise service call which ultimately resulted in them taking my filter for repair and the filter is NOT FIXED. If you are looking for a pool company i would say STAY AWAY from Pool and Patio.

Surprisingly good prices, honest and helpful staff who know their stuff. I moved into a house with an existing pool, they got me up and running and were not only able to identify my proline filter but had the parts in stock! Shouldve went here first, two other places couldnt identify or had to special order my parts while these guys had them in stock. Keep up the good work!

I have been using Pool & Patio Center for the last 9-10 years for both my pool and spa, for their service, support, and supplies. They are without a doubt the most reputable and reliable team Ive ever dealt with. I actually stopped doing business with the company that installed my inground pool years ago, because of poor support, but Pool & Patio Center took right over and have gone above and beyond when needed. Very professional and knowledgeable, and always fairly priced!

The staff upfront where unattentive couldve been that ive been in the yard working and had on Shorts and a dirty shirt on but it took someone 15 mins to ask me if i needed anything and it was an older lady in the back that did and helped me out wouldnt come here again.

Overall I cant complain, they know there business, sometimes they could display a more friendly approach. I did have a problem with an old heater, after waiting several days a repair man came in and fixed the problem, Lasted the entire summer, Following summer I had another problem, they could not schedule me in to make a repair, eventually I had to get help elsewhere. Ended up replacing the heater. I will continue to use P & P Center

First let me say that Ive been a customer of this company for 10+ years and it is not my practice to go on the internet writing reviews, I am way too busy to be bothered to do this.HOWEVER, in this kind of situation its a full stop moment and I need to make sure I put some information out for other people to be aware of. This situation was unreal and blows my mind how any business in todays economy can conduct themselves like this. Maybe I should open a pool store since demand seems to be so good you can just make your own rules up as you go. Here is the story:I ordered a pool pump to be installed from this business at my residence. The technicians were friendly and helpful and were able to remove my old working pump and install the new pool pump but could not get the pump to work (I even tipped them). They disconnected from the old pump and hooked up to the new pump the direct electrical connection to my homes electrical service (hmmm, does that seem like electrical work?? - lets move on). The breaker kept tripping and so I was told that I needed to have an electrician fix my homes electrical problems and that they suspected that an inline mechanical timer was the cause of the breaker tripping with the new pump. They told me they did not have anyone to resolve the issue and that they were not certified to do electrical work and that I would have to have an electrician come fix the issue with the brand new installed pump that would not work, leaving me with no way to circulate my pool water which I recently brought into chemical balance. They told me they have only one electrical subcontractor they could send but not for 4 days or longer would he be available. I asked them to reinstall my old pool pump which they did the same day. They called me back the next day and told me they had refunded my money and that they think it would be best not to continue working with me. (I got off the phone and laughed hysterically by the way, WOW)To anyone who is thinking of contracting work with this company, BEWARE.The owner (Annette) even got involved by listening in on a phone discussion I was having with their service manager and then interjected on that call out of nowhere (WHO DOES THAT??? WOW) rude, tried to use intimidation by over talking and throwing around comments about having an attorney in the family and also would do absolutely nothing to try and resolve the issue with the newly installed pump but rather continued to tell me how many successful installs they have done and how there is a problem with my electrical service. Suffice to say the manual for the pump AND the manufacturer even state that the pump should be installed by a certified electrician. The old pump was reinstalled and was instantly back working again. Could have taken them 1 hour of time (which i would have gladly paid for) to have an electrician come out IF there was actually a problem with the timer being inline to bypass it but instead they actually sent their service manager out to remove the new pump and reinstall my old pump which took hours due to needing to cut and fabricate pvc piping to the old pump again.BRILLIANT business strategy for building and sustaining an account base! Ill be sure to share this post EVERYWHERE on social media and with EVERYONE I know in the area who owns a poolBy the way from the looks of it as I continue to post this information around social media it would seem like I am one of a great many who have made the mistake of doing anything more than having my water tested and buying pool chemicals from this place.STAY AWAY
