Great work and great team. Owner is on site with the team and checks in throughout the job. Had a neat piece of equipment that was able to get into the back yard and was rated to go above a septic tank. Great alternative than having a crane come it! Reasonable price and offered to trim back some other branches he felt would be an issue at no added cost. Cleaned up the area after as well and stacked wood where I wanted in a neat pile. Will have them back again for more work!

WOW! Just WOW! If Google had a 10 star rating, that is what I would give Bob and his crew. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Bob was referred to us because we had an approximately 260 year old enormous widow maker of an Ash tree in our front yard. Huge limbs had already destroyed part of our fence, bent our gutter, and pulverized our mailbox. Bob promptly met with us to assess our situation and immediately recognized the dangers posed by the tree, not only to our 216 year old home, but to anyone driving or even walking by (our road is part of a historic hiking trail). With 99% of the tree already dead, he knew he had to act quickly for everyones safety. He was able to prioritize us due to the extreme nature of the situation and offered us a very reasonable quote for such a monumental task. His professionalism was evident from the very beginning, as was/is his passion and love for what he does. He not only genuinely cares about his customers, but for the environment as well. Bob and his crew arrived on time and completed the job in less than 5 hours (this includes set-up of equipment, taking down the tree, stacking the tree limbs in a pile for us, AND cleaning up). They worked together like a well-oiled machine, efficiently and seemingly without effort, all while totally enjoying what they do. From start to finish, Bob and his crew at American Professional were responsive, friendly and very professional. They removed 10+ trees from my yard, having to deal with getting around other trees, getting around a beloved garden without damaging it and power lines that had been knocked loose from a fallen tree. 100 year old, 100ft tall white pines. After multiple companies told me that I needed to move my shed to make the job possible, or that they would need to use a heavy crane in the driveway, or just refused to take on the job entirely, I found American Tree Service. They just simply did it with a bucket and a few meticulous equipment operators that could thread a needle with their machines. The efficiency, cleanliness, and professionalism was truly refreshing. Bob and the crew at American Tree Service did a fantastic job helping us gain back some of our yard and open up our lot for a solar project. I have never seen such an efficient crew, working safely to remove about a dozen large oaks and maples, some of which were tangled up in the wires out front. Bob and his crew were fantastic. They removed seven 80-100 foot tall pines in half a day and except for a huge pile of neatly cut logs, you’d never know this project had ever taken place. The crew was well organized and very, very good at what they did. It was important to us that the trees were not dropped on our gravel driveway so a very talented crane operator gently placed each portion of the trees, exactly where he wanted them, like he was operating a video game. Bob and his team are the best. They are unbelievably meticulous about the job they do. We had a massive maple in the front yard that had started to rot and was intertwined with power lines. Bobs team had the tree taken down, stump ground down, and the entire front yard cleaned in less than 3 hours. Beyond happy I went with American Tree. This was my first experience with any tree service company, and American Tree Service has gained a customer for life. I will contact them for all my tree service needs in the future, 100%. When I called to get a quote, Bob came the next day and gave a very reasonable rate. We had over 30 shrubs that were 40 yrs old and were 10/12 feet in height. The insides were all rotting out. They cut down a flowering tree that was dying and we have a large pine tree that needed major trimming. They cleaned up so good it looked like no one had been there. I recommend them highly. I would highly recommend Robert & his crew....they removed a very large tree overhanging the front of my house and very large limbs which were hanging over my garage. They were extremely professional, left zero debris and were in & out quick.

What a team! I contracted Bob and his crew to remove 4 very large (65 foot) oaks that had some insect damage at the base and can honestly say I have never had a better experience with any contractor! These guys truly work as a team to ensure everything is accomplished in a safe and efficient manner. Trees are down, brush is gone, and the area is all raked up. Highly recommend! Reasonble pricing and accomodating. Great job trimming huge arborvitae hedge, pine trees and overhanging branches. My yard looks so much better. Not only do they put mats down over the lawn so the truck doesnt leave indentations, they spent more time after the job was finished cleaning trimmings and raking my grass. Bob is a professional who completed exactly what said he would when he gave me an estimate. I also had an appointment for an estimate within days of calling and he even offered to come out on a Sunday! Very pleased with work done on my property and would definitely hire American Tree again.

There are a lot of tree guys out there and I have tried a lot of them over the years. This is the most professional and courteous crew I have come across. They are very reasonably priced and did an excellent job clearing some dead trees over our horse paddock. They were very flexible and fitted in some other work while onsite, they cleared up the mess and did an allround excellent job. I have finally found my tree guy.

A+ outstanding service. American Tree service is wonderful! Bob came on 08/13/20 and removed 2 trees that were threatening my cesspool. I cannot praise this company enough! They are skilled, efficient and very respectful. This is my second time hiring them, and am once again am completely satisfied. The first job was much bigger and was last year.I had 5 huge dangerous trees, that looked ready to fall on my house. When I called American Tree Service to schedule an estimate I was terrified. Bob showed up on time, and between his professionalism, credentials and fabulous personality, I was soon much calmer. He immediately identified exactly what was wrong with the trees, and showed me the outward symptoms that indicated stress, disease and pests. He is extremely kind and gave me a very reasonable price upon finding out that - #1 the trees werent actually mine #2 the owner is in her 90s a widow without means whos lived there over 60 years #3 my house already had 2 trees fall on it within the last 4 years causing almost $80,000 in damage. He spoke to my neighbor and explained everything, putting her at ease. He cared about my situation, understanding that I do not have much money, and this was an emergency! Suing someone without money wasnt going to get the dangerous situation safe, the money a lawyer would have cost, got the trees removed, without any stress on a Poor as well as elderly lady, and without all the time the legal process would take, as the trees would have hit my house soon. He, Nate and Dylan did a WONDERFUl job, and may have saved my, and my pets lives.Please give them a look.Christine M. Valcourt

Professional top notch tree sevice. On time very neat competitivly priced. Crew was talented at felling the most difficult of trees. Bob was very responsive to the customers needs. In a service buisness filled with questionable vendors American and Bob the owner was refreshingly honest something that is hard to come by. Trees went down quick they did what they said they would do and left the yard clean like they werent even there.
