Made an appointment and the person didnt show up for shift, rescheduled my appointment and an hour before my appointment they call me to reschedule because the girl was sick... Annoyed beyond belief

Very unprofessional… I had booked an appointment online because I could not get through because the phone kept ringing. so I went in for my appointment and the girl told me she could not see me because she was already booked..ok then..what was the point on online then..also she could of called me to let me know this because all my info was there..so she asked me when would I like to come in so I said the following day and made an appointment..well I went there and the whole place is closed. Alrighty then.. guess I will not be going back there..would of put Zero stars

I like to get my hair styled weekly because it’s a bit unmanageable. You can’t beat the price here. It’s a very fair price even cheaper than Fantastic Sams. This salon also has stylists with upbeat personalities. All the ladies have done my hair perfectly which requires a bit of patience. They also have upbeat personalities with zero attitude. The manger is great at working with my schedule to fit me in. I noticed they are accommodating to the walk-ins as much as possible. It’s an overall professional and fun place to get your hair done.

Went for a simple haircut hoping it would come out the way I wanted but instead got the weirdest haircut ever, I would also say they could work on there personable skills with clients. Simply not satisfied with the haircut that I got for the price.

My hair stylist Brittany I just started going to her shes great she listens to what you asked I got a beautiful highlight from her and Im going to be going down to see her again for a perm definitely say this line is clean and the girls there are very friendlyA+++😀😀

Ive been here a couple times a year for at least the last 5 years. I usually get a cut and highlights. Stylists are always nice and do a nice job. Cant beat the price!

My cousin had her eyebrows done and it wasn’t done right once home i had to go back and fixed them for her, and the lady who did it did not even change the stick she double dipped which was disgusting!

Took my son and and hair stylists name was Lori. She gave the worst haircut to my son, that I have ever seen in my life. It is very clear that she hasnt cut boys or mens hair before. Its so frustrating that you pay the full price for a cut and get such bad haircuts. She didnt even clean the hair from previous cut off the floor. Its disgusting.

Actuslly I did not visit this place this year. Use to go their but prices are exorbitant for a mens trim.!

My girlfriends sister had her hair dyed here, and they are very clean, nice, and affordable.

Worst haircut of my life! The stylist that was cutting my hair says shes been doing her job since 1989...but shes never done ethnic hair before! Instead of chopping all my hair off, she was supposed to section it, wet it and cut. Im appalled at my outcome. And plus I didnt even get the blow dry that came with the pkg.
